1. Noise Policy: Quiet hours are 10 PM to 7 AM. No loud conversations, screaming, or music. Daytime noise <65 decibels; night-time outdoor noise <50 decibels. No parties/events. Non-refundable cancellation possible to restore peace.

2. Guest Occupancy: Declare guests and visitors when booking. Price covers up to 4 people. Exceeding limit: $20 USD per guest/day. Non-refundable cancellation for undeclared guests.

3. Check-in/Check-out: Check-in at 3 PM, early check-in $20 USD/hour. Check-out at 11 AM, late check-out same fee. Free early check-in possible but not guaranteed, must be arranged in advance.
