"Excellent property. Wonderful scenery."

"We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay and made good use of the many outside seating options. The neighbourhood is pleasant and quiet and there are many attractions within a 30 min drive and a range of food shops within a 10 mins drive. The local sandy beach is good but more like a 15 min walk than the 5 claimed. The property kitchen is looking a little tired and we couldn't find the advertised panoramic sea view! The addition of a very substantial cleaning and service fee (not shown on VRBO)...

"We really liked our stay. Amazing view on the breezy terrace. The place was clean and well equipped and has a wonderful Swimming Pool. The air conditioning system was efficient and not noisy. We used it night time and it help us to have a good sleep. Bedrooms were nice as the Bathrooms with good water pressure. The 2nd bedroom could do with a topper mattress as we found it a little hard. It took us time to get used with the recycling system 😅 but managed after all. We wanted to used the bbq but...

"Das Haus liegt in etwa 250 m vom Strand entfernt in Hanglage und ist daher ideal, um zu Fuß zum wunderschönen weißen Sandstrand zu gelangen. Das Haus ist geräumig und hell, gut ausgestattet und verfügt über alles, was einen Aufenthalt angenehm macht. Lediglich die Beschreibung auf der deutschen VRBO Seite ist unzulänglich, weil z.B. zwar die Kosten für die Endreinigung, nicht jedoch die Zusatzkosten für Bettwäsche angegeben sind. Die drei Schlafzimmer sind klimatisiert, leider jedoch sind zwei...

"We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad. Het huis is ruim en prettig ingedeeld. Het zwembad is lekker groot en door de eigenaar netjes schoon gemaakt aan het begin van ons verblijf. Er waren kolen om te barbecueën en met twee koelkasten was er genoeg plek om boodschappen te stallen. Er ligt iets verder een regionale weg die je soms kunt horen maar dat stoort totaal niet. Het contact met de eigenaar was erg eenvoudig en ze was erg behulpzaam. Er zijn mooie stranden vlak in de buurt. Een aanrader."

The house has a beautiful sun kissed garden with outdoor shower for those days when you don’t want to go to the beach. The house is fully equipped and has everything you need (even a cool bag for food and drinks).Enrico and Gianmarco are splendid hosts which helped us with advice and suggestions. "What a fabulous villa for a holiday by the sea in Sardinia. Monica was especially helpful in preparations and planning for the holiday. The villa itself has stunning views across the bay especially at sunset - and a lovely veranda to enjoy them from. The garden, roof and even by the sea has a large selection of sun beds to relax on. It is a steep climb down to the sea, but the water is crystal clear and a fabulous swim/snorkel. Sadly the wind got up for one of our days there that made swimming...

"Wow, what a beautiful villa. The views were amazing. We could have stopped on the terrace looking at the view for hours. We all loved the pool.So many beaches to choose from. Some are walkable but not when it’s really hot.you definitely need google maps to find your way around. There are two small supermarkets not far away, one that does lots of barbecue meats etc. We also hired a boat from one of the beaches and swam in the beautiful blue sea in the bays. We really didn’t want to leave."
