Greit hotell. Sein innsjekking pga lang kø og bare en i resepsjonen. Opplyst at vi skulle betale 95,- for parkering. Da vi sjekket ut fikk vi beskjed om å bruke easypark sin betalingautomat ute. Ble derfor å betale to ganger!!! Ikke greit!!!

Check-in fee and rocket science paring system.

Arrived 50 min. before check-in opened. The room was ready but it would cost us a fee to check in “early”. Parking system is so complicated that no receptionists are capable of explaining it.

Description says ‘Parking on Site’ but in reality, they tell you to go park yourself in the lot without clear instructions on how payment works. Staff seemed clueless and tried to avoid questions they have no answers to. I ended up paying via the EasyPark app but was charged again by Hertz along with 375nok admin fee! If you have to charge your car, make sure you sign up online (not via the app) and you have to enter payment info or else it would keep giving you this message that the charger is not found. I kind of wished the staff would tell me that instead of watching me struggle for hours. It wasn’t like they were very busy and I got the sense that either they got amusement from watching travellers struggle or they really didn’t care.

Lå en klut på gulvet og toalettet hadde ett belegg. Lenge siden det er brukt bøtste? Ellers bærer det preg av dårlig renhold i hjørner på badet. Veldig gjelpsommevog serviceinnstilt personal. Frokost meget bra i nydelige omgivelser og naturen nært på.

Nydelig hotell, men litt slurv i renhold

Nytt, nydelig hotell med hyggelig betjening og god frukost! Booket sauna på kvelden, og det var en deilig og avslappende opplevelse. Det eneste som trekker ned, er at renholderne må ha slurvet litt da de klargjorde rommet vårt. Søppel var ikke fjernet og toalett var ikke vasket oppi. Men ellers virket alt rent og pent. Takk for et fint besøk!
