ÁTICO-DÚPLEX en el corazón de unos de los pueblos más bonitos del Pirineo de Lérida.

Si tu plan es disfrutar en família o amigos de lo que ofrece el bonito y tranquilo pueblo de Sort, sus pueblos vecinos y/o las espectaculares montañas del Pallars lleno de actividades de aventura (esquí, rafting, piraguismo, kayaking, montar en caballo, trekking, etc.), nuestro bien conservado "Nido" es ideal para tí.

El APARTAMENTO, es muy acogedor y está situado en la calle Diputación en un 5º piso con ascensor donde cerca encontrareis todo tipo de tiendas (súper, carnicería, frutería, panadería, quiosco, farmacia…), todo a pocos metros.

Dispone de 3 HABITACIONES: 2 habitaciones dobles con cama de matrimonio y 1 con dos camas individuales.

La COCINA, está recién reformada con todo lo necesario para cocinar: Nevera, fogones eléctricos (placa de inducción), horno, microondas, tostadora, extractor, etc.

El BAÑO, con bañera completa (recién reformada también), cuenta con toallas, jabón y por supuesto agua caliente.

La SALA de ESTAR / COMEDOR, cuenta con un espacio de relax muy amplio y acogedor con calefacción, sofas, TV de 32" y vistas a la montaña.

En la planta baja del bloque, también encontramos un armario para guardar esquís, botas y cualquier otro tipo de material que pueda dañar el piso.

A vuestra llegada encontrareis:
- Sábanas, edredones y toallas para cada huésped en la habitación.
- Utensilios de cocina (vasos, platos, cazuelas, sartenes, cubiertos)
- Ingredientes cocina básicos (sal, aceite, vinagre, azúcar y pimienta)
- Gel de ducha y secador de pelo en el lavabo.

Situado en la Calle Diputación en un 5º piso con ascensor donde cerca encontrareis todo tipo de tiendas (súper, carnicería, frutería, panadería, quiosco, farmacia…), todo a pocos metros.

Encontraréis aparcamiento GRATIS, FÁCIL y SEGURO delante mismo del bloque o justo detrás en un gran espacio.
