"Pleasant/courteous staff. Very clean fabulous breakfast with your morning cappucino. Also across the street from a wonderful pastry store , and a nice park to get your morning run in. Town people are very chilled and stress free."

"Eine wunderbare Gegend. Ausserordentlich nettes Personal. Der Kellner im Restaurant war äusserst zuvorkommend und sehr, sehr freundlich. "

"I did not know that breakfast area is open for summer only. So, we were given simple breakfast like jam, muffin, yogurts in the room. The stay was chosen because we were on the way from Pisa to Southern Tuscany so we needed 1 night stay. The staff were very friendly."

"The hotel is classic Italian with modern upgrades. Very friendly and accommodating staff in a garden setting with a pool. Walking distance to the hot springs. Very warm weather during the visit and the in room air conditioning had a hard time keeping up. Cooler nights allowed the windows to be open with the relaxing sounds of nature."

"We had a wonderful stay and this property provided a nice central location from which to explore the region. Information from Steve was timely and extremely helpful. "

"We really enjoyed our 10 day stay, beds were comfortable and everything was clean, the pool was fantastic with an amazing view. Lots of space for two couples to relax and unwind yet within an hour of all the major towns and attractions. Jurgen was responsive to our needs and even helped us with the pizza oven. "We were a group of 7 and rented all 4 rooms in the building. We loved the private, remote location and the outdoor areas - such as the covered seating area next to the grill and games on the lawn! The pool is huge and especially deep! Claudia takes great care of it (we could not find the special sun tan cream that she recommended - for some reason our normal sun tan lotions caused white swimming costumes to go yellow in places). Thankfully I read a review about the mosquitoes so we came well...

Fantastic all-round

"Incredible facilities, rooms are cleaned really well, staff are always very attentive. To be able to access the grotta is a real highlight, it's an incredible place, much bigger than expected and the facilities are again outstanding. Spa had a lot of choice, the outdoor swimming pools were unexpected given we visited in December and it was never too busy, often it was just us. There are also lots of hiking options from just next to the property, starting from inside the hotel grounds. "
