"This hotel is NOT in Soria, it's located 3km outside of Soria, separated from Soria by the motorway and a large industrial estate. The 'Plaza Mayor' it is listed as a short walk from is 'Las Casas' which is a tiny housing estate with no shops or bars and one restaurant (which did not open the night we were there). We received a less than warm welcome at the hotel. On arrival we were informed that the bar, cafe and restaurant would not be open that day/night so we couldn't get so much as a cup of...

"Could not access property upon arrival. supposed to have staff at front desk for check-in from 1 - 5. Arrived 1:30, no one on duty, no one answered intercom by front door. Finally got response an hour later. No one actually on duty the whole two days we were there. WiFi goes down at least twice per day, sometimes for hours while we ry to contact someone to fix it. "A good place to stay for one night en route to Santander. It is very central. The room is small, so we wouldn't have wanted to stay longer than one night. The shower is extremely (too) powerful and flooded the floor. One of the bath towels looked as though it hadn't been washed as it had marks on it and there was a bit of debris and some dust under the bed, which was disappointing.
