"Siamo stati veramente bene. Appartamento magnifico. Pulito , attrezzato e tenuto benissimo. Zona tranquilla. I proprietari veramente deliziosi e simpatici. Consigliatissimo."

"Douche du RDC pleine de moisi. Pas d'eau chaude les 2 premiers jours. Peu de vaisselle dans la cuisine. Canapé en très mauvais état. Jacuzzi non fonctionnel dans une pièce insalubre. Piscine mal entretenue (on nous a promis un intervenant que l'on a jamais vu!). Impossible d'avoir le détail réel de notre consommation électrique (panneaux photovoltaïque? situés où?).1 matelas à l'étage à revoir. "

"Lovely place! Very welcoming, friendly hosts. Comfortable beds and extremely kid friendly with lots of toys etc. They thought of everything. We only stayed one night as a quick stop over but wish we were able to stay longer. We will be back!"

"Ho soggiornato per una settimana in questa struttura magnifica con tutti i confort che servono per rilassarti e staccarti dalla realta , ottima location e proprietari molto gentili e disponibili per ogni mia richiesta esaudite in brevissimo tempo . "We made wonderful memories at the Casale. The place is huge with spacious dining, living room and outdoor space and swimming pool. The view is stunning. Close to Formia snd Gaeta beaches, boat tour of the area was beautiful. Restaurants and good pizza places. The kids had super time doing night swims at the pool. We give this place an A+"

"The house is truly incredible. Very secluded and peaceful with no neighbours at all. The house was very well decorated and everything (hot water, Wi-Fi etc) worked fine. Fernando was very helpful whenever we needed him. Amazing tranquility and fabulous views. We got a train to Rome for one night very easily and the history of the area is amazing. "Abbiamo trascorso 10 giorni in questa villetta vicino a Formia dotata di tutto il necessario e di una bella terrazza con vista golfo dove poter mangiare e rilassarsi. È in una posizione strategica per vedere quanto di bello offre il Lazio e la vicina Campania. Noi siamo andati anche alla reggia di Caserta e a Pompei ed Ercolano. Ci ha accolto Anna che è stata carinissima ,molto gentile e disponibile per ogni necessità. Soggiorno bellissimo,casa veramente ok, ... Da ripetere. Sonia"

"We had a lovely stay in the Villa, it was mostly as described (except I explicitly asked if there were three double beds and assured there were, there wasn’t, there are two double beds). It had a few extras like foosball and ping pong tables plus balls for the pool. The facilities were great and the host was really lovely. On hand for any queries throughout our stay, nothing was too much. The only downside was the general location of the Villa. The lane itself was nice but the area it is in was...

"Wedding Reception that offers rooms so very quiet and very nicely appointed. Breakfast is not included price as stated, however hosts provided an adequate continental breakfast complimentary btw after rain there are a few mosquitos around so bring your spray."

"Lovely villa with own pool. Met by owners who couldn't have done more for us. Greeted with wine, bread and mozzarella. Did days out to Capri, Pompeii and palace in Caserta. Lovely to come back to villa at end of the day to relax by the pool."

"My biggest issue was the cold shower at 10pm...one of the staff blamed it on the water heater. The interior of the B&B was not heated (in November). Most of the staff were far from friendly. The 8 euro breakfast consisted of something like banana bread and instant cappuccino out of a machine. "
