Piscine mal entretenue (on nous a promis un intervenant que l'on a jamais vu!). Impossible d'avoir le détail réel de notre consommation électrique (panneaux photovoltaïque? situés où?).1 matelas à l'étage à revoir. "

"We made wonderful memories at the Casale. The place is huge with spacious dining, living room and outdoor space and swimming pool. The view is stunning. Close to Formia snd Gaeta beaches, boat tour of the area was beautiful. Restaurants and good pizza places. The kids had super time doing night swims at the pool. We give this place an A+"

"The house is truly incredible. Very secluded and peaceful with no neighbours at all. The house was very well decorated and everything (hot water, Wi-Fi etc) worked fine. Fernando was very helpful whenever we needed him. Amazing tranquility and fabulous views. We got a train to Rome for one night very easily and the history of the area is amazing. Many thanks Fernando and Rosanna."

"Abbiamo trascorso 10 giorni in questa villetta vicino a Formia dotata di tutto il necessario e di una bella terrazza con vista golfo dove poter mangiare e rilassarsi. È in una posizione strategica per vedere quanto di bello offre il Lazio e la vicina Campania. Noi siamo andati anche alla reggia di Caserta e a Pompei ed Ercolano. "Das Haus ist sehr alt. In den Zimmern ist Schimmel an den Wänden, die sogar schon auf den Matratzen überging. Matratzen waren alle dreckig obwohl der Vermieter meinte die wurden alles erst gereinigt !!!. Fenster und Türen lassen sich nicht richtig schließen. Es ist sehr unsicher und kalt gewesen, so kalt das wir alle Krank wurden. Keine anständige Heizmöglichkeiten. Ständiger Stromausfall wenn zwei Geräte benutzt wurden. Duschen konnte man nur mit Tropfwasser mehr kam aus der Brause nicht raus....
