"When we arrived to our rooms, the ceiling in one of the rooms was leaking. It took a while to get new rooms and no one seemed to be in a rush to help. It was very frustrating especially after a long day of travel. Our new rooms weren't on the same floor or together as we hoped but we made it work. Otherwise we had a nice stay. "Excellent place for romantic getaway. Nice and clean apartment in closed-gate community within short walking distance to the beach and restaurants. I can highly recommend it. "Hotels.com failed to mention that they charge for housekeeping. In my confirmation page, I was told that the hotel will collect 100 Zloty for cleaning fee, but it also said that housekeeping is included. That's not true. This is a decent hotel, but considering all the other options you have it is overpriced, especially since you don't get proper housekeeping, and for whatever you get (if you are lucky) you have to pay 50 Zloty. The staff was polite and nice, but the service was 2 star for a 4...
