Schönes Haus-private pool,hot-tub & 10-15 min to wineries

From the moment you enter the grounds, you will enjoy the ultimate wine country experience. Spread over 4.5 acres, this family compound offers the rustic non-pretentious luxury of wine country - A large outdoor pool (heated mid-April to mid-October), hot tub, an outdoor shower, a 1/4 acre working vineyard, (planted with Cabernet and Silvaner), and multiple outdoor areas for meals, wine tasting, and evenings around the fire. The updated farmhouse has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, an open kitchen and dining/living room area. The third bedroom upstairs is set up as a "kids" loft with Scandinavian style floor mattresses both double beds. It's very cozy!

Use of the pool and hot tub are from 7am - 9:30pm due to Sonoma County vacation Rental Noise Restrictions.
The pool is solar heated and is generally usable from April - October.

Tranquil property with many amenities
My family of 5 stayed here for 3 nights. The house and grounds were perfect for our needs. We spent the mornings exploring --visiting wineries, the towns, and hiking - and the afternoons relaxing by the pool. The house itself was exquisite - beautifully decorated, well stocked and very clean. The grounds were expansive and landscaped with the most stunning native plants. We had intentions of spending most of our time sightseeing but our plans quickly changed after stepping foot on the property. The tranquil setting and comfortable amenities drew us quickly back to relaxing on the deck, porch and ah-mazing pool. We can't wait to return.

A beautiful property with lovely amenities. Just the right fit into our schedule for a location. Everything was seamless for check in/out. Bird song every day. Lovely sunset colors in the hot tub. Breakfast on the porch. Perfect location to Sonoma and Napa access. This property did not disappoint!

This property was outstanding. We stayed 3 days and would have loved to stay longer. The pool was perfect for our children and the pool house was so wonderful my mother didn't want to leave. Fantastic place to stay
We feel very fortunate that this family opened their home up to ours. It was the perfect place for us to stay. Enough outdoor and indoor spaces to enjoy together and also get away for a little bit if need be. The main house was particularly comfortable and well stocked. The screened in porch was a special spot for us to enjoy meals together. The property grounds are serene and the pool is enough reason to rent this place in and of itself. Wonderful Stay
We stayed at this lovely home in Sonoma as a kickoff getaway for the summer. The host was fantastic about communication and check-in was smooth. The house is extremely clean and comfortable and is very well located. It is a short drive into Sonoma town square (5 minutes?), yet is removed enough to have the feel of open space on the property. The house is clearly treated with love and had all of the details that mattered (in our case, coffee, towels, wine, etc.) to help us feel comfortable. The house is clearly maintained meticulously. The pool is lovely - and it feels a bit bigger in real-life than the photos. It was long enough to get a few laps in. The host provided an excellent guest guide with instructions for everything in the house and personal reviews about local attractions and restaurants. It was all spot on. In short, the house is everything we hoped for, which made for a great stay. My last thought was that I had trouble logging in to wifi (it was working well - it was completely my mistake), and the host responded immediately to an e-mail. I highly recommend the house for its charm, location, cleanliness, and the overall experience!

Perfect Wine Country Getaway
The property was everything we hoped for. A serene getaway that was close to restaurants and Sonoma Square. We took advantage of the large grounds, enjoyed most meals in the Sun room, and the weather was perfect for time in the pool each day. Our dogs loved the wildlife that would visit throughout the day as well. Hope to be back again in the future!

What a wonderful property! Close to Sonoma Square with easy access to Arnold Drive, and yet secluded and private. Lots of outdoor space, and the interior was open and spacious. Management was very accommodating. We look forward to further visits.

Beautiful property
The property was exactly as described The check in process was extremely easy and communication was very high-level. The house was very clean and had every amenity that was needed. Our family enjoyed the sprawling outdoor amenities. Plenty of seating, the pool was heated and plenty of outdoor sitting space. I would definitely recommend this property for any family. We will definitely return went in the area.

Great property for a getaway with family and friends in Sonoma
We had a lovely, relaxing stay with family and friends at this updated farmhouse property in October. The screened porch dining room offered an intimate but atmospheric setting for dinner. The property offered many areas to lounge and socialize outdoors as promised. Inside, the house was very clean, well-lit, and well-equipped. Even though the weather was starting to get chilly, our children still enjoyed a dip in the pool. The additional pool house is terrific for accommodating additional guests who need additional privacy. The manager was quite to communicate and answer questions, and graciously allowed us a late checkout, given that there were no guests arriving right after us.

Perfect pool
Pool is lovely and we’ll maintained. House needs some updating but is comfortable. Host should remove fly traps over kitchen sink - very off putting. Be aware guests are not allowed to use pool after 930 pm; that was not disclosed when we booked. Outdoor space is nice but cushions needs to be cleaned /replaced. I did not appreciate having to strip linens, remove trash, and start washer and dishwater when I was paying a premium for the property as well as a hefty cleaning fee. The host was responsive when we needed a door unlocked and did allow us a late check out, which was appreciated.
