"Honestly really shocked at these reviews! This hotel is totally worth the amount you are paying. Got locked out of the hotel and they were quick to answer a very late night phone call to help us out. While it does get pretty warm in the rooms, I have had troubles with this in every place I’ve stayed as it is so hot right now. "Our stay at Rafa Nadal Residence was superb! Everything was amazing! Staff were friendly and accommodating. Facilities were exceptional! Buffet breakfast was also superb! The food were all delicious and lots of food and drink selections. Though the place is so big, its easy access to anywhere. Daily housekeeping was great too! They always ensured our room was clean and bed was organised when we get back. Overall, our stay was wonderful. "

"Staying at Hotel El Vicenç de la Mar was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with every detail designed for comfort and relaxation. The staff were incredibly attentive, going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Their friendly and professional approach made all the difference, creating an experience that was truly special. A huge highlight was the guest experience manager- Mari, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay—always available with recommendations, assistance, and a genuine enthusiasm for making our visit memorable. Every corner of the hotel exudes elegance and thoughtfulness, and the level of care put into guest satisfaction is outstanding.
