This charming holiday home, located in the Somme-Leuze, features 4 bedrooms for 11 people. Ideal for families, guests can take a dip in the private swimming pool open from May to the end of September and relax in the sauna at this pet-friendly property. You can go to the tourist information center 10 km away to make the most of your vacation here. The town center, 12 km away, is worth exploring for shopping and enjoying local cuisines. Guests can enjoy hot barbecues in the lush green furnished garden. You can light up the fireplace as well in the living room and enjoy watching TV or listening to music. The kitchen is well-equipped with amenities including oven, microwave, cooker, coffee machine and refrigerator. This child-friendly property also features play equipment while a cot and high chair are available at a small fee. Public transport is available 15 km away.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, wenn ich etwas zu beanstanden hätte, wäre es, dass es im Haus einen Ventilator geben sollte, es wird wirklich ziemlich warm im Haus. Aber trotzdem hatten wir einen tollen Urlaub!!

Alles in de keuken voelde stoffig en vettig bij aankomst. De rest van het huis was ook niet fris. Elektriciteit in het huis is zeer onprofessioneel, zelfs onveilig. De zekeringen zijn meerdere malen afgesprongen tijdens ons verblijf, zonder duidelijke oorzaak. Wel zeer mooie locatie, prachtig uitzicht, ook vanuit de leefruimte.

Geweldig groot huis. Mooie Zwembad, groot bad en 2 sauna’s. Keuken heeft alle benodigdheden. Koffiezetapparaat, waterkoker en 2 koelkasten. We hebben genoten van ons verblijf. We gaan zeker terug.

Het huis is op zich een ideale verblijfplaats, maar het onderhoud is erbarmelijk! We zien een extra kost van 100€, maar overal was het vuil. In die mate dat we zelf dan maar de stofzuiger genomen hebben om overal onder de bedden te poetsen en stofweb weg te nemen. Als je dan start met koken en de dampkap aanzet, dan zie je het vet van de dampkap naar beneden druppen. Lang geleden dat deze nog gepoetst werd. Die extra kost is dus pure winst. De woning zelf en zeker de tuin zou ook wel een opknapbeurt verdienen. De speeltoestellen zijn in verroeste staat. Overal liggen er afgebroken elementen in de tuin. Kortom een melkkoe die je best links laat liggen.

De aankomst zelf ging vlot de sleutel was op te halen op een andere locatie, dicht bij het vakantiehuis. Er werd ons echter daar pas verteld dat we nog 250 euro borg moesten betalen, dat we toeristenbelasting moesten betalen (als toerist in eigen land, daar kon geen uitleg voor gegeven worden) en dat het verbruik ook nog extra was (Bijna 45 euro voor een heel weekend, wat echt aan de hoge kant is). Het huis zelf was wat verouderd de oven kon niet worden ingesteld, alle deuren piepten en kraakten waardoor iedereen vroeg wakker werd vanaf de eerste persoon naar de wc ging, de zetels waren niet voldoende voor het aantal gasten (en zakten bovendien erg door). De extra koelkast in de bergruimte werkte niet. In de beschrijving stond dat er een zwembad in de tuin was. Dit klopt, maar het zwembad was supervuil en echt niet bruikbaar. De verwarming werkte heel traag, het werd niet echt warm binnen. Wat positief is er waren verschillende koffiemachines en een afwasmachine. De douche had een goede waterdruk.

Wij hebben een prima weekend gehad, alleen schrokken we bij aankomst een beetje dat de tuin (gras en struiken) een beetje verwaarloosd eruit zag. Ook de speeltoestellen waren wel aan een opknapbeurt toe. Wel een heel leuke verrassing was de jacuzzie. Verder was het huisje prima in orde.

Aankomst en ontvangst was prima. De accommodatie was proper en verzorgd. De living was ruim met veel licht en zeer leuk haardvuur, de keuken was nipt voor groep van 10 personen. Slaapgelegenheid is (met onderslapers) niet echt geschikt voor 10 volwassenen (5 koppels). De omgeving is prachtig, huis is alleenstaand en zeer rustig, je kunt vanaf het huis mooie wandelingen/fietstochten,..... doen.
