I didnt like that the staff was making it difficult for my parents to check in at night. I was asked for an incidental cost per room that I booked. In addition our belongings were removed from the room prior to even checking out at 11 am. It was a total invasion of privacy as per the staff. Overall I didnt like the service, from the night staff.

Dear Expedia Customer Service, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally complain about my recent hotel stay booked through your platform, which was incredibly disappointing and uncomfortable. Upon arrival, we were given room 911, which had a strong smell of smoke that made it unbearable to stay in. After bringing this to the staff's attention, we were moved to another room. However, this second room was also unacceptable; there was hair on the beds, hair in the bathroom, and unsightly stains throughout the room. Additionally, there was no dish soap provided, which added to our frustration. After driving for over seven hours, we were exhausted and looking forward to a comfortable stay. Unfortunately, this experience was far from what we anticipated, and it significantly impacted our trip. Given these circumstances, I kindly request a full refund for our stay. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to your prompt response. Thank you for your understanding.

The staff were wonderful, but the room needs updating. When we arrived, I noticed that it had not been cleaned well. The floor wasn’t vacuumed well, it looked like someone had put out a cigarette in several places on the ceiling and there were cigarette burn marks on the night stands. There were threadbare spots worn in the carpet and the pullout couch was in such bad shape that it was unusable. The stay was decent overall, but the facilities are horribly showing their age and are in desperate need of reno.

We initially were out in a room that had a dirty couch, it looked like someone vomited and it wasnt cleaned up, they put us in a different room that was cleaner. On the second night, we were awoken at 330 in the morning by the police, asking for info on a shooting. I'll pass on this place next time .

The hotel is very clean and with an outside entrance you feel like your at home. Free breakfast was great and real comfortable bedding. Couches are run down b ut I didnt have any company so I could see past this issue.
