We returned immediately and were able to locate the pooch shortly after. Very thankful for their attention and fast action. "

"Wasn't sure about the safety--posted on the office that they weren't responsible for anything stolen, the office door was locked and check-in was through a little window--but we didn't have any trouble. Very close to the highway so lots of road noises."
