"The hotel and restaurant were decorated beautifully. It looked like places in a Hallmark movie. Our room was clean and breakfast was delicious each day. I did not get the name of the concierge but he was very helpful and a wealth of knowledge about the surrounding area. He was from New Jersey and went above and beyond with every interaction with the guests. "

"We had a great stay. Our room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast was good and had a nice selection. The front desk clerks were cheerful and efficient. There was an issue at check-in. There was one person in front of us but it appeared the clerk was not waiting on her. After about 10 minutes another clerk came back and the first clerk said to her the system was stuck on the reservation of the woman in front of us so she went to another terminal. They were able to resolve the issue. It just would have been nice if they told us why it appeared as if we were all standing there and the clerk wasn't checking anyone in. The parking lot is down the side street and across the street and it is free. You can walk to see the thunderbird's or to a restaurant on Main Street or to the museums. We spent the day at the museums and didn't get to see it all. Definitely worth visiting."
