"With no advance warning, we were told our rooms had water damage, so we were moved to another hotel SoltauerHof which was cold, pretty empty and our rooms had work n and scaffolding outside General disrepair and facilities closed Few staff No offer of discount"

"Our was unremarkable in a neutral way. Check-in was swift, beds were comfortable and the breakfast good. The one thing that could be improved is that although we had booked well in advance, the room was unheated when arrived and it took about 45 min to reach somewhat comfortable temperature. Also ..."
