"Due to the holiday season, reception closed at 15:00 hours, so check in was thru an envelope. Rooms are very spacious, bed and showers are good, but it is an ancient structure and building, so don’t expect modern rooms or furniture. Staff when available was very helpful. Great to walk around the area. "

"The staff is nice and helpful. The included breakfast was very good. My only complaint was the difficulty checking in at the front door. On Mondays the front desk was closed when we arrived. If I hadn't had a friend who spoke German and was able to obtain the code and assist me with entrance, it would have been very stressful."

"We had an amazing time staying at Vinzenz house! The location couldn’t be better. The house is a walking distance to a number of scenic hikes and 10 minutes drive from the beautiful city of Solothurn. The villa is a huge family home with multiple seating areas outside. Majority of the rooms have beautiful views. We enjoyed eating outside overseeing gorgeous panoramic views of Swiss landscapes and Alps. The house has a lot of character and we felt at home. A special highlight was communicating with the owner, Vinzenz who provided a lot of useful information, interesting facts and timely advises that helped us tremendously. We will definitely be back. Enjoyed our 7 days stay at the villa and tour of Switzerland a lot!"
