Single storey house 110 m² on a plot of 1600m².
3 bedrooms with TV, 140 beds.
Main room with fitted kitchen, lounge dining area. the house is air conditioned,
A bathroom with shower and double sink.
On the outside you will find a pool house with TV fridge and plancha.
The pool is 1m40 deep.
6 sun loungers are at your disposal as well as a parasol. we installed 2 shade sails outside,
2 garden furniture.
1 ball court. Air conditioning is installed in the house. Outside you can take advantage of the sails to shelter from the sun.
The area is calm and peaceful, 10 minutes on foot you can walk to the area of Castile by the river, ride a bike or enjoy the tree climbing.
You will be 5 minutes by car from supermarkets and 10 minutes from shopping centers and cinemas.

Great house

We had a great stay at the house, it had everything we needed. It was nice and clean. The Pool area was really great! Great pool and sitting area under a shade, really perfect!

Vacances d'été en famille

Superbe séjour dans la maison de Patricia. Maison nickel a notre arrivée, parfaitement équipée et conforme en tous points a l'annonce. La piscine et l'ensemble des aménagements extérieurs sont top pour pleinement profiter des vacances. Emplacement proche des plages, nombreux circuits de randonnées dans les alentours. Les propriétaires sont très arrangeants, réactifs et sympathiques. Si vous souhaitez passer un excellent séjour dans une belle maison provençale, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés!

Schönes Ferienhaus mit tollem Außenbereich

Wir, Familie mit 3 Kindern hatten einen schönen 14-tägigen Urlaub. Das Ferienhaus ist klimatisiert. Nach der Meldung einer kleinen Funktionsstörung der Klimaanlage in einem Zimmer war der Vermieter umgehend zur Stelle und hat das Problem behoben. Der Wohnbereich mit Küche ist großzügig und offen. Ein Abstellraum mit WM bietet zusätzlichen Stauraum. Alle 3 Schlafzimmer sind ausreichend und hatten französische Betten. Ein Schlafzimmer hatte keinen Kleiderschrank, sondern eine Kommode. Dies ließ sich organisatorisch lösen. Zusätzlich zum Badezimmer (Du, 2WB) gibt es eine Gästetoilette und eine Außendusche mit Toilette. Dies ist bei einer Belegung mit 5-6 Personen äußerst hilfreich. Der Pool ist schön gestaltet und teilweise mit Sonnensegeln überspannt. Genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten unterschiedlichster Art gibt es im Außenbereich. In einem zweckmässigen Anbau befindet sich eine Außenküche mit Sitzbereich. Mit einem Außenrolladen lässt sich der Raum schliessen. Wirklich gut waren die beiden integrierten Außengrills, wahlweise Gas oder Holzkohle. Weiterhin gibt es noch einen beleuchteten Bouleplatz. Mehrere Bäcker und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind jeweils ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Unser Navi hatte Schwierigkeiten mit der Adresse. Der Sohn der Vermieter konnte hier problemlos helfen. Es handelt sich um eine neuere Wohnbebauung in ruhiger Lage. Viele schöne Tages-Ausflugs-Ziele liegen in der Nähe. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden unsere Entscheidung für dieses Ferienhaus wieder so treffen.

Superbe vacances!

Propriétaire très accueillant ainsi qu’une maison très soignée et bien équipée (table de ping-pong, piscine, terrain de pétanque,…). La maison se trouve à proximité de magasins, la mer, de centre commercial,… Merci à monsieur Pasquini, nous reviendrons : ).

Une maison tout confort très bien équipée et très propre. Il n y manque rien. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l espace extérieur avec la piscine et la cuisine d été. Excellent accueil du propriétaire toujours à l écoute de ses locataires. Tout était parfait. À recommander vivement

Belle Villa tout confort au calme

Nous avons passé d'agréables vacances, dans cette magnifique région. La villa était conforme aux photos, moderne confortable, située dans un lotissement privé, au calme et sans vis-à-vis. Nous (couple avec 2 enfants de 4 et 9 ans) avons donc pu profiter de la piscine, du terrain de pétanque, de la plancha, des soirées à écouter les cigales, de la grande TV du salon, la literie confortable nous a permis de recharger les accus. A 15mn de Hyères, 30mn du Lavandou, la villa était idéalement située pour nous, supermarché, boulangerie et marchés locaux à proximité. Les propriétaires ont été disponibles et discrets. Adresse à conserver lors de notre prochain séjour dans la région !

Magnifique séjour

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine au sein de cette villa. La maison possède tout ce qu'il faut pour passer de bonnes vacances. Le cadre et calme et reposant, proche des grandes villes (Hyeres, Toulon). De plus, les proprietaires sont très agréables et disponibles. Je recommandes cette location à tous ceux qui souhaitent passer de belles vacances.

Bonjour, Nous avons passé d'excellente vacances dans cette maison, Un cadre reposant, une belle piscine, une maison tout équipée ; idéal pour les vacances en famille et avec des enfants. Nous nous sommes senties comme à la maison voire meme mieux, J'espère que nous aurons le plaisir d'y retourner bientôt.
