"The stay was excellent. Tonya (girl at reception) was extremely helpful & made our stay excellent. The instructions emailed were incorrect. The reception doesn’t open until 1400 hrs, but the instructions stated 1100 hrs. This caused our first day to be quite tiring and unenjoyable. We had just travelled from the USA & wanted to leave our back packs at the reception and tour until evening, but instead we waited for 3 hours outside & were too tired to tour. We are experienced backpackers & have travelled 100 countris over a 30 year period.."

"I appreciate the professional support I received from Atefeh, she is courteous and ensured that my disability needs were met. She went over and above to relocate me to a more disability friendly room in Hotel Norrort. The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable for my needs. I really liked the comfortable environment and ability to open windows on a sunny day! Even with my disability, I was able to walk to the bus stop which is right next to the hotel, very convenient for those who don’t have a car. Thank you Atefeh!!!"

"The old saying really applies for this place, "You get what you pay for." The good things about this place: --The host was responsive and took care of any requests/issues we had --The location was pretty nice. The metro station is close and there's a small grocery store next to it. Getting into town takes a good 20 minutes and you have to pay extra to get to/from the airport, which are just things to consider when it comes to how you like to travel --The neighborhood is quiet, nice, and feels quite safe On the less positive side, the house *really* needs some TLC. The floors are horribly scuffed up, the bathroom door hangs a little off so it doesn't open well (contributing to the floor scuffing), the plaster on the exterior walls is crumbling off and litters the deck, there was a screw sticking way up in the deck floor, we found a bent pin in the carpet, there's rubbish in the cabinets & drawers (like extra housing material, nothing smelly or gross, just not cleaned out), the bathroom light was dim and flickered, the bathroom really needed a fan, and there was a fallen tree in the backyard that had been there for a while, to name a few things. These are things we couldn't (or wouldn't) necessarily contact the host about to fix because we'd just be constantly messaging back and forth and they really should have been taken care of as general house maintenance anyway. This would have been a much more comfortable stay if the house had been better maintained and felt cleaner."
