"I stsyed here from Monday 21st to friday 25th October, on arrival i found the two receptions very polite & efficient, i stayed in the separate put of their accommodation, the room was of decent enough size with plenty of towels & all the rooms were very clean , i suppose the ibe thing that coild be improved on, is that there was a kettle in the room but no tea/coffee etc all i had was two bottles of water , but no bottle opener , so i had to open them using y teeth ( do try this at home kids!!) , but other than that i was very satisfied with my stay. I had breakfast on 3 of the mornings & the hot food was plentiful & lots of variety of pastries, cereals & fruit juices , i stayed for work & would be happy to stay again."

"Travel with child - location ok for buses, trains etc very close by but not alot in the direct area. Friendly receptionist, room great size its huge with two seperate beds pushed together so plenty space. Clean linen and towels. Coffee machine and pods lovely touch. All in one shampoo, body wash in the shower and hand soap at sink. Large bathroom with hairdryer just not the most pleasant smell in here. Enterance to room has large space with huge storage wardrobes. Room has a safe. Little table and chairs and a balcony with seats. The kitchen area is a great addition and made it easy with children. It had dish soap, sponge and towel provided. Utensils, dishes and pans for cooking. Kettle also and a fridge. Lidl down the road for essentials. Room was a good temperature, clean and safe. A little nosy from other rooms general moving around and using shower. No outdoor space but it had parking if needed. We would recommend for budget as the facilities in the room was great. The local transport is fantastic to get you anywhere you want to go. I used the free wifi in the room with no issues."

"This place was in a super cool, old creepy house which was very charming. The place was Clean.everything inside worked well. But up 6 or so flights of stairs? Lugging the luggage up was no easy task. The shower had only a curtain 1/2 way around it so the water was easy to get everywhere which the floors show with the boards being waterlogged they are bending upwards. **The communication however, was the most stressful experience I have ever had with any hotel on or off Expedia. I had NO idea how to check in and get the keys because no one was answering me on the messages on the app. And the listing says to contact them 24 hours in advance to set a time to get the keys. I messaged 3 times more than 24 hours ahead. And then the morning of, I messaged again so many times, and spent 2 hours on chat with Expedia trying to figure out how the heck to get the keys. My phone cannot make calls on the SIM card I have in another country. I finally had to have a friend try a million times to call the number from their actual WEBSITE and the owner was on vacation and had to have his mother meet us to get the keys. Now, leaving? Same issue! We had no idea where to leave the keys!!! Soooo frustrating. I still have not heard back if the owners got the keys where we left them. I would have recommended this place IF the communication wasn’t so stressful!!!!! "
