"This 2 br apt was a great location (3 flights of stairs just FYI). Very walkable to main area of Split. Parking lot is close by and easily accessible to apt. One recommendation is for a fan in each bedroom. We didn't need AC, but if windows were opened at night, it was fairly noisy. Thanks! "

"From the minute we arrived, Iveca and his family did everything they could to make us feel welcome. The apartment is spacious, clean, well equipped and with wonderful views from the balcony. Relaxing by the beautiful private pool was a highlight of the holiday as was the delicious meal that Iveca cooked for us. The location was fantastic, with beaches and cafes in walking distance. Villa Knez and our hosts were perfect in every way! "

"Our host Ivica was amazing from fresh brewed coffee in the morning to sharing fresh home made soup when we arrived to running me back to Trogir after calling the restaurant to find out my credit card was there! He even drove us to the airport at the end of our stay. A lovely warm and friendly man who made our stay memorable. 4 stars for the location as we did not realise it was up a short steep hill from the beach. Otherwise 5 stars!"

"The property is wonderful. A beautiful space with stunning views and calm peace. We stayed as a family of 5 with our 16, 19 & 22 year old children. The pool area & the sea platform were both fantastic relaxing spaces. There are a few places to eat & a small shop about a 10 - 15min walk away, but we had a hire car that allowed us to explore further a field. Linus was an excellent host, helping & advising us on all our questions. The air conditioning was a must this August and the shaded balconies...

"The apartment was great. The view from the balcony was the loud city and the harbor. The apartment was quite, working washer and drier, comfortable furniture. Milo the manager was awesome. Stocked the fridge with a bottle of wine a few beers and some juices which was nice. He also gave us great recommendations for dinner and beaches. Really nice guy. The walk down through the old city was spectacular. It was a hills back up but it’s a good way to burn off dinner and gelato. I’d definitely stay...
