"I booked two rooms and one of the rooms had non-working A/C and a back door to a common veranda that wasn't possible to lock. The management promised to refund the room but no refund was made. Hotels.com told me the property refused to refund. They had washer and dryers that automatically shut off at night making it impossible to open up the washer door to retrieve your clothes - the door was locked as the program wasn't finished. "I can’t say enough good things about this spotlessly clean rental - and Claudio in particular who helped make my short stay perfect. The space is very quiet and well positioned for 1 or 2 people. Parking on the street 15 feet away from the front door was always available and always felt safe. I ate out every chance I could, but the kitchen was well appointed and ready for me had I wanted to prepare anything.
