"This is a large house in a secluded area, 8 minutes drive from the beach and 20 mins into Cagliari city. There is ample room inside, in the conservatory and around the pool for 10 people. BBQ facilities. You need a car to go anywhere otherwise very self contained. Excellent host, who lives next to property."

"Absolutely fantastic home from home. Really comfortable living and sleeping areas with plenty of space for all. The pool area is shady in the morning so you can relax without exposure to the hot sun. It has everything we needed for the holiday and the water filter tap was great - nice to not have to keep stocking up on bottled water. All in all a 5* rental close to some nice restaurants, the little supermarket and of course the beach. Angela was always on hand to provide help if required and...

"Wir haben mit vier Erwachsenen und zwei Kleinkindern eine tolle Zeit gehabt. Das Haus biete viel Platz, wodurch es auch mit 6 Erwachsenen problemlos funktioniert hätte. Sehr gut ausgestattet. Eigentlich zu gut für reinen Vermietbetrieb. Ich schätze der Eigentümer bewohnt das Objekt zeitweise selbst. Supermärkte und Strände wenige Autominuten entfernt. VW"

"We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay and made good use of the many outside seating options. The neighbourhood is pleasant and quiet and there are many attractions within a 30 min drive and a range of food shops within a 10 mins drive. The local sandy beach is good but more like a 15 min walk than the 5 claimed. The property kitchen is looking a little tired and we couldn't find the advertised panoramic sea view! The addition of a very substantial cleaning and service fee (not shown on VRBO)...

"The house has a quirky layout making the most of its perfect location next to the sea. Beach is beautiful and a v short walk over the rocks. Amazing sunsets. Gloria and her team were great. It all made for a thoroughly enjoyable holiday :)"

The pool was perfect, a bit cold but we were there in Sept. all recommendations (restaurants, boat tours, grocery store) Cinzia suggested were wonderful. They make their own olive oil which was out of this world. Thank you for such a perfect holiday. "

"The property and location were just perfect! We absolutely loved our stay; thank you Emmanuel. Our only suggestion would be to please provide a welcome booklet for visitors, which includes information on closest shops, restaurants, places to visit: tourist leaflets etc. Also local emergency information e.g. vets, closest hospital etc just in case. Otherwise the property had everything we needed. We definitely would love to come back!"
