"Alessandra and her husband made us very welcome and gave us great local recommendation of what to see in the area. Right next to Capoterra, the location was perfect for us (recommended with a car): not too far from Calgari for some city tour and also not too far from the beaches further south (Pula, Chia, Tuerredda). "We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad. Het huis is ruim en prettig ingedeeld. Het zwembad is lekker groot en door de eigenaar netjes schoon gemaakt aan het begin van ons verblijf. Er waren kolen om te barbecueën en met twee koelkasten was er genoeg plek om boodschappen te stallen. Er ligt iets verder een regionale weg die je soms kunt horen maar dat stoort totaal niet. Het contact met de eigenaar was erg eenvoudig en ze was erg behulpzaam. Er zijn mooie stranden vlak in de buurt. Een aanrader."

In order to reach the nearest bus station, supermarket or restaurants, you only need walk for approximately 10 minutes. Our host, Stefano, is a very communicative, friendly and helpful person. "The payment process. I had to ring up expedia to clarify. It seemed like i was been charged by the property upon arrival. By ringing expedia they were able to find out that they were charging the expedia virtual card. There was no need for the property to have me sit there while the virtual card was been charged. They should have done that either before i arrived or after i left. They also made a big deal of cleaning the apartment before we left but they did not have adequate cleaning supplies...
