"My wife, young son, and I had an amazing time staying at this property. It was well equipped with a homely feel so you didn't always feel on edge in case you chipped a plate or squirted sun cream on the floor! Barham was the perfect host most often found snoring away in his hammock after a few international beverages 🤣 seriously though he was great and we loved meeting his family too. "Set a minute away from two different boulangeries and lots of cafes. Grasse is gorgeous and you can explore so much in from the Alpes-Maritimes to the Côte D’Azur! It’s a long walk from the train station and the side street is not accessible by car. The entryway is also stairs so if you are mobility limited this is not for you!"

"Nicole was a very good host – friendly, welcoming, happy to answer questions, made sure that we knew how to contact her, without being at all intrusive. The apartment was comfortable with modern shower room and small kitchen fitted to a high standard. We had everything we needed. It was a real bonus to discover that the balcony was wide enough to be furnished with a drinks table, two seats and a parasol. We enjoyed sitting out in the evenings watching the world go by.
