"Love this historic hotel. So much that we stayed there 5 times in the last 2 years already. Close to downtown and very friendly staff. The only thing I have issue is the bathroom: Shower head out of control ( I mean really out of control as it was spraying all over the bathroom) and very strong current. No way to adjust. Toilet has a very unusual shape… Water was extremely hot. I like it but I think safety… Internet was slogish … Everything else just excellent. Perfect for people who love historical hotels. Dinner was excellent too. "

"Having the sauna was a fabulous feature after a day of sightseeing and due to the time of year we visited it was much needed to warm us up! Lovely central hotel and would definitely stay again. We added breakfast on arrival after reading positive reviews and we were not disappointed. It had a lovely bar area and because I was an Accor member we was entitled to a free drink! "

"I can’t say enough about this hotel- amazing cuisine at the restaurant, sauna, gorgeous rooms right in the heart of old town Torun. A truly unique property- and they went above and beyond- stored my luggage for over four hours as I waited for my train. Amazing restaurant staff found a way to charge my phone so I would have enough power for my journey to my next destination. Visit this hotel. It is truly a gem."

"Great stay and staff were really helpful and friendly, only issue we had was that when we arrived we did not have a code for the door but this was resolved really quickly, unfortunately Hotels.com did not pass my mobile number to the apartment so they couldn't send me the code, but apart from that it was a great apartment and definitely stay there again"
