Amazing Kenai River Front Home With Beautiful Views

Professionally furnished home located on the Kenai River. The house has undergone annual updates during the off season. The property features a walkway to a private fishing dock with fish cleaning station. The fishing platform is generally available mid May through mid October weather permitting. Beautiful views of the river from the wraparound deck. Four bedrooms and three bathrooms are located in the main home. One bedroom and bathroom are in the detached shop/garage on the property and are only available May-October. All bathrooms have recently been constructed or completely renovated. Main level features a large gourmet kitchen, living area with fireplace, dining area, 3 bedrooms (one King master and two bedrooms with Queens) and 2 bathrooms, laundry room, sunroom, and large deck with beautiful views of the Kenai River. The recently renovated walkout basement includes a bar kitchen, card room, pool table, bunk room with 4 full beds and an attached full bathroom. There are security cameras located on the exterior of the house. The pictures are updated frequently so they accurately reflect the property.

Amazing Stay
Janine and Mike’s home on the Kenai River is absolutely beautiful! It is spacious and comfortable with room for large families or friends. The bathrooms are renovated and the beds are comfortable. Fishing from the dock was awesome! Seriously, you won’t find a nicer place to stay on the Kenai.

Best place on the Kenai Peninsula!
This place was AMAZING and PERFECT for our family! We have a large group - three generations from 7 to 75 - and it worked out so well! Enough space for everyone to get away, yet areas to be together. Top of the line kitchen and accessories helped save money by eating in. Everything was clean and welcoming! Highly recommend!

We had a great stay. The house perfect. There was something for everyone. We had a small hiccup with the fridge. They went above and beyond to remedy the problem. They kept us in the loop the whole time. I would definitely stay here again.

Soldotna getaway

My niece got married in Ak. I took my 2 kids, their spouses, sister and her kids. The house could not have been any better! I was large, clean , on the Kenai River and in a great location! Would highly recommend for any large groups

Family and Fishing!
This was a fantastic place for our group of 10 adults. The fisherpeople in our family loved catching salmon right off the private platform! The large, extremely well-equpped kitchen came in handy as we prepared the fresh-caught fish for dinner. Multiple large gathering spaces as well as smaller private spaces made it ideal for our group of siblings and spouses. Seeing several moose durining our stay was an added bonus!

Fishing and Family Fun
The view was incredible! Caught many salmon from the fantastic fishing platform. We saw eagles nearly everyday and owls in the evening. The house was extremely comfortable with every amenity provided. There was plenty of room for our family and the location was perfect. We have made so many family memories. This property was amazing. The pictures do not do it justice. Bathrooms seemed very recently remodeled. Very spacious inside and out. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. The only drawback was the number of cameras surrounding the property that were on during our entire stay. Highly recommend!

Great stay for multi generational family trip
This home was a perfect fit for our large group with ages ranging from 2 to 80 years old. Ample parking for three cars with room to spare in the driveway. Absolutely surreal how close you are to the river! Large space to spend time together as a family in the dining and living rooms. Home is also large enough to spread out and get peace and quiet when needed. This house is an absolute gem. Hope to stay here again soon!

Our large extended family age 4 yr to 67 years loved this beautiful home. Lots of space to spread out. Despite the rainy weather we had a great time by the fire pit. The kitchen has everything to do with cooking you could ask for. The home was clean and well kept. As a frequent VRBO user for many years this has been my favorite. We hope to come back again. Also for anyone who needs something to do during the rain my adult kids tell me the shop has excellent acustics.

Two Week Stay
We loved our stay. House was gorgeous. Lots of rooms. Game room, bar area. Beautiful bathrooms. Great bedroom in garage. Host was excellent. Great and fast communication. Very accommodating for our requests. Kitchen was large enough for a family of 10. Quite setting. Had a mother and baby moose sleep next to the house. Perfect distance from town. Centrally located between Homer, Cooper Landing and Seward. Would definitely recommend this house. We will use this house again. Thanks to the Carly family.

More than you could imagine
The pictures and other reviews do not do this place justice. Everything about it was amazing. It is warm and inviting. We had 10 people staying there and it was never crowded. There is every possible kitchen amenity you could need. Beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are all beautiful. The bedrooms are spacious with so much storage space. There is plenty of seating inside and out. The location is seemingly remote but it’s a very short drive to town. It is just perfect. The view is icing on the cake. I would recommend this place to everyone I know and we certainly hope to return someday.
