Downstairs, you'll find 2 living areas with a spacious, open plan kitchen and dining area opening out onto the patio area and garden. The lounge has split system air-conditioning, a super cosy couch and big screen Smart TV. There are also 4 bedrooms (sleeping 8) all with air-conditioning, 2 bathrooms and laundry.
Both kitchens are full sized and contemporary, and are fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, cooktop, microwave and full sized fridge/freezer. There is even a Nespresso coffee machine provided in each kitchen (starter pods included)

Kindly note a deposit of 50% AUD of total amount will be charged at time of confirmation. An option of direct deposit and credit card is offered.
A $1000 Security Deposit (PRE-Authorisation) IS TO BE Held. The bond will be processed prior to arrival. We only accept Mastercard or Visa.
You can check in anytime between the hours of 2PM and 5PM on Weekdays. On weekdays after-hours, weekends and public holidays there is an afterhours check-in service. If you require this service, please inform one of the members at LJ Hooker Nelson Bay prior to your day of arrival.
Payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed on our website which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email. This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence.

The guests limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property Immediately with no refund of monies including security deposit. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 8.00 AM.
