Unit 5 Harbourside is ready for you to put your feet up and take in the stunning views of the blue water wonderland of Port Stephens, for years holiday makers have been heading to 'Harbourside', positioned directly onto Soldiers Point Beach and with uninterrupted views straight through the headlands are the main reason.
Unit 5 is ideally positioned on the ground floor with only six steps from the parking area to the unit door. The unit has been renovated with a fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities including under bench oven, cooktop, convection oven and dishwasher.
There is an open plan living area that leads straight out to the patio area so you can take in the spectacular views from the living area, the living area has comfortable, stylish furnishings and a ceiling fan to make your stay a little bit more comfortable.
Both bedrooms have stunning views and sliding doors to allow the beautiful sea breeze to flow through and the comforts of ceiling fans. The renovated bathroom has a shower, vanity, and separate toilet.
The unit also provides an internal laundry with a top loader washing machine and dryer and one single open car space.
We manage a number of units in Harbourside and offer a choice of ground or top floor positions. The complex is close to tennis courts, shops, boat ramp and restaurants.

Obligations to neighbours – Section 2.5.2 of the Code of Conduct
A guest must not at any time during the occupancy period:-
(a) create noise that because of its level, nature, character, or quality, or the time it is made, is likely to harm, offend, or unreasonably disrupt or interfere with the peace and comfort of neighbours and other occupants of the premises
(b) act in a violent or threatening manner towards neighbours or other occupants of the premises
(c) act in a manner that could reasonably be expected to cause alarm or distress to neighbours and other occupants of the premises
(d) use or enjoy the premises in a manner, or for a purpose, that interferes unreasonably with the use or enjoyment of common property by neighbours and other occupants of the premises in a strata or community scheme
(e) intentionally, recklessly or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises
(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.
This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.
