Things To Note About This Property:
- The city of Solana Beach requires a 7 night minimum
- Stays of 30 nights or longer are managed by P.S. Platinum Property Management, Inc. (DRE 02215202) and are subject to additional lease terms.
- Maximum occupancy of 5, sleeps 4 people in beds (1 King bed, 1 Queen bed)
- This property enforces a No Smoking policy, both within and outside the home - NO EXCEPTIONS
- Pets are limited to 1 Dog in this community, which must be kept on-leash at all times.
- This home is located in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy around loud noise, excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighbors, over-occupancy, and parties. Violations of this policy will result in deposit forfeitures and/or evictions that are strictly enforced.

Very bright and cheery condo just a three to five minute walk (down stairs) to family friendly beach with decent surfing and boogie boarding. Nice sunset views from community pols and deck. Would stay here again!

Perfect Vacay
This was a perfect vacation location for our family who used to live in San Diego area. Listing detailed 4 beds and there is in reality 1 Queen and 1 King (no singles as indicated). Property manager indicated they would fix listing and offered to bring over a single memory foam cushion, but couch was long enough for our son. We were grateful for local suggestions of places to go and restaurants especially the suggestion of which hospital to go to as we ended up needing this at one point and are grateful it was one this reference. We spent the week swimming in the heated pool/spa, riding e-bikes down Hwy 1 to La Jolla, Birch Aquarium, playing tennis and pickelball, and at beach. It was a amazing and true to pictures exactly and would definitely wish to stay there again. Perfect vacation spot!

Wonderful Solana Beach Visit
My husband and I stayed at Palm Tree Cove for a week in April while visiting our daughter, currently living in in Del Mar. We had a fantastic stay! Our son and partner joined us from LA, mid week. There was ample living and work space. We were able to easily walk to downtown Solana Beach, to the dog beach and when we felt a little more ambitious we walked on the beach to Del Mar! Beautiful! Plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, clothing shops… pretty much everything you need, nearby. Brenda was helpful and communicate throughout. It was an excellent experience from start to finish! Had so much fun- want to go back!!

Steps from the beach
We loved this property and the unit we stayed in was very stylish and well equipped! There were places to walk to that were very close, the dog beach is right there as well if you are traveling with a pet. We all had a great time and will be back!

We visited SoCal over an extended weekend and had a wonderful time showing my partner’s 24 yo daughter the beauty and charm of San Diego! The property manager (Brenda) was fantastic, as she was extremely responsive and supportive throughout our stay. We would definitely book this gem again!

Great Family Vacation
We are a family of five and the condo was perfect for our family. We were able to cook and enjoy local restaurants. The beach was easily accessible and the swimming pools were a bonus. We thorough enjoyed our stay. We highly recommend this condo. Lastly, being pet friendly was a huge plus for our family.

Stylish Stay at Palm Tree Cove
The unit was stylish and well-appointed. I couldn't have asked for more in the way of the kitchen...it had everything we needed to make for meals in. The host was generous with beach items (chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and beach towels) and there were more than enough towels for our stay. Beach access was super easy...we didn't want to go anywhere else! If you bring your pups, heed the requests to take them off property to do their business; the HOA residents are very serious about this requirement.

Relaxing Beach Getaway

This condo is really spacious & looks just like the pictures- really cute... loved having the dog beach so close by...the only improvement would be to have a hose nearby the condo to hose off feet, dogs... there is one down by beach but one closer to condo would be helpful also!

Best ever!
We have rented several places from VRBO this summer to get out of the desert heat. This little gem by the sea was the best home by far! The house has everything you would ever need. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash in every bathroom; soap for washing clothes and dishes; all kinds of spices and even olive oil! The beds and all the furniture are all very comfortable. It is evident the staff pays very close attention to making your stay as good as it can be. Thank you!!!

This place is just like the pictures, only bigger & more spacious! Fantastic location within walking distance of restaurants, shops & the beach is right here. This unit is also right next to the heated pool & hot tub. Great communication from the management. Thank you!
