This Solana Beach home offers a perfectly placed sparkling pool & jacuzzi with spectacular panoramic views including a peak ocean view. Relax in the modern outdoor gazebo with built-in fire pit, or in one of the many loungers around the pool or jacuzzi. Sip your morning coffee or tea next to the water feature and enjoy a good book, take a dive into the pool, or engage in a fun game of afternoon darts. The home is private and comfortable with 2 Calif Kings and 2 Two double beds, plus Queen sized inflatable mattress for additional guests, luxuriously fluffy down comforters, natural wood beamed ceiling, family-sized wrap around sofa, large TV, cozy custom built stone faced gas fireplace, built-in outdoor gas grill, and two inside dining areas. You'll love the attention to detail and immaculate condition. This hideaway offers a truly unique and leisurely setting with beautiful views. Pool gas heating is available for an additional "per day" heating fee.

We love our neighbors. Strict zero tolerance noise policy enforced. If you wish to host a party, this is not the home for you. Host lives nearby. Deposit and rental will be fully forfeited should you be asked to leave the premise due to noise complaints. This is our private home, kindly treat it like your own.

Wonderful Experience
This was the perfect house for our visit to San Diego. Beautiful house, well-appointed kitchen, great pool and outside lounging area, beautiful view, quiet area...the only thing we would change is extending our stay! Highly recommend staying here - we will be back!

Terrific Location
We had a great stay here. Very comfortable place, great outdoor space. Nick was extremely responsive. 5 minute car ride or long walk to beaches, grocery store, restaurants, shopping. Quiet neighborhood. Would stay here again for sure.

Mother's Day Weekend
We enjoyed a wonderful weekend with our family! Nick was a great host, super quick to respond to any of our needs! The house was beautiful, especially the backyard with the pool, firepit and lovely landscape! A super large dining table for all of us to sit around for a dinner. Thank you Nick! We would come again! Great place for a trip with friends!
We booked for our yearly girls' trip sans husbands and kids. This was the perfect place for it! We spent lots of time in the pool and jacuzzi, checked out local eateries, and lounged to our hearts' content! We encountered a couple of issues that were quickly resolved, as Nick was always available and responded quickly.

North County Oasis - Go Solana!
My family are originally from Solana Bech, it is a quiet burb, nestled on the coast between the I-5 and the 101, so SUPER handy. Spacious, drifting gently towards spartan yet attractively furnished home, with gorgeous valley view, pool and hot tub. Classic, understated beach home, perfect for relaxed living in a PREMIUM location. Your family will love it!
