"Our third stay at Puig de Ros Alt, always in January - the best time to visit Mallorca in our opinion. Fabulous place deep in the countryside, surrounded by olive groves, citrus orchards and a vineyard just up the road. Breakfast is cooked to order, alongside good choice of continental options. Dinner available but (slightly constraining) must be ordered at breakfast time, which means not changing plans during the day. "

"very shabby entrance. very small room and ridiculously uncomfortble bathroom arrangements. couldn't have a window open at night because the room was practically in the alley way. therefore uncomfortably hot in the bedroom but freezing in the toilet area."

"It was unclear whether we could get food as the hostel website said definetly no but reviews spoke about how good the food was. When we got there we found there was dinner and breakfast available but it had been a bit confusing. It is important to make this clearer as there are no restauarants or shops anywhere nearby. The host was a bit off hand with some of the guests."

"We booked the delux apartment with seaview and it was beautiful views. Had a bit of trouble with some ants appearing, and when it rained there was some water coming into the living area,but the cleaners and handyman fixed everything really quick. The jakuzzi was great too. The food was ok too. Really liked the childrens disco and entertainment after dinner. Overall we had a great few days. "

"A fantastic hotel and central base for Palma. My sister in law and I absolutely loved this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were so friendly and helpful. Having a desk allowed us to arrive early and leave our bags. The staff made sure we had all we needed and remained helpful throughout our trip. The communal areas in the hotel are immaculate and the room was too. We had a small balcony that overlooked the front of the property, which was a great addition. The room was clean and...
