Very beautiful, cosy cottage "Pærehagen", surrounded by trees and meadows. 7 km from the centre of Balestrand, 40 km from the centre of Sogndal, 51 km from the centre of Høyanger, in an elevated position on a slope, 100 m from the sea, 100 m from the fijord. Private: natural state property with meadow, orchard, parking at the house. Supermarket 7 km, bus stop 700 m, ferry "Bergen" 189 km, pebble beach "Balestrand" 7 km. Walking paths from the house, fishing possibilities 100 m.
"Pærehagen", 3-room cottage 69 m2. Cosy and wooden furniture furnishings: living/dining room with Scandinavian wood stove, dining table and TV. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed (150 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (75 cm, length 190 cm). Gemütliches Haus mit toller Aussicht
Das Ferienhaus ist gut ausgestattet, alles da was man im Urlaub benötigt, inklusive Grill und Sitzmöglichkeiten im Außenbereich usw. Sauber und gepflegt, die Betten waren etwas schmal. Aber für 1 Woche kein Problem. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Wir können dieses Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Ein Sonnenschutz Rollo in der Küche hat uns gefehlt. Wir hatten eine sehr sonnige Woche.

Ferienhaus mit tollem Ausblick
Wir haben uns in dem Ferienhaus von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt, allein schon der Blick von der Terrasse auf den Esefjord und die Berge war überwältigend. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet, sauber, gut ausgestattet und die sympathischen Vermieter gaben uns Tipps für Unternehmungen in der Nähe. Auf die von uns eigentlich geplanten Radtouren haben wir verzichtet, da uns die engen Straßen zusammen mit LKW, Bussen und PKW zu gefährlich schienen. Es gab aber schöne Alternativen dort.

Ferienhaus mit tollem Ausblick
Uns hat das Ferienhaus von Anfang an begeistert. Egal ob vom Wohnzimmer, von der Küche oder von der schönen Terrasse, man hat immer einen tollen Ausblick auf die Berge und den Esefjord. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet, die Ausstattung gut, die Betten bequem und alles ist sehr sauber. Die sympatischen Vermieter gaben uns hilfreiche Tipps zu Unternehmungen in der Umgebung. Es gibt sehr schöne Wanderwege, nur auf die geplanten Radtouren haben wir verzichtet, da es uns auf den engen Straßen am Fjord einfach zu gefährlich war. Daran, dass das nächste Geschäft 7km entfernt war, hatten wir uns schnell gewöhnt. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen und kommen gern wieder.

Frühling in Balestrand
Wir verbrachten eine herrliche Woche im Ferienhaus Pærehagen. Das kleine Häuschen liegt in ruhiger Lage mit schöner Sicht auf den Fjord. Die Einrichtung ist sehr sauber und sehr gemütlich. Wir können es gerne weiter empfehlen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Traumhafte Ferien
Wie haben zwei schöne Wochen in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht.Die Lage ist wunderbar und es fehlt an nichts. Morgens auf der Terrasse zu frühstücken und den Blick auf den Fjord und die Berge zu genießen war ein Traum. Die Badestelle in Balestrand ist sehr gut für Kinder geeignet und das Wandergebiet Gaularfjellet mit dem Wasserfall-Pfad ist schnell zu erreichen.

Für Erholungs– und Ruhesuchend...
Für Erholungs– und Ruhesuchende Naturliebhaber sehr zu empfehlendes Ferienhäuschen. Sehr sauber und gepflegt, gemütlich eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet und mit tollem Panoramafenster mit Blick auf den Fjord, das Bergpanorama und die Schafsweide. Privat geführt von der nebenan wohnenden sehr freundlichen Familie (Vielen Dank!) und doch für sich stehend. Guter Ausgangspunkt, um die vielen sehenswerten Orte am Sognefjord mit dem Auto (und über die nahegelegene Fährverbindung) zu erkunden.

Das Haus war sehr Sauber und gut gepflegt. Der Vermieter konnte Deutsch.So das die Verständigung gut war. Die Aussicht von diesem Haus war Einmalig.Wir haben die Zeit dort genossen. Leider war es mit dem Fische fangen nicht so gut. Wir hatten aber mit dem Wetter ganz großes Glück. Man konnte von dort aus Norwegen gut erkunden. Was einfach herrlich war. Wir können dieses Haus nur Weiter empfehlen. Reisetipps: Die Gegend dort in Balestrand ist wunderschön.
