Very beautiful, comfortable on a vinyard country house "Bric del Vento", detached, surrounded by meadows and vineyards. 3 km from the centre of Soglio, 22 km from the centre of Asti, 50 km from the centre of Turin, in a secluded, sunny, elevated position on top of a hill, in the countryside, in the woods. Private: property 30'000 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden with lawn and wildlife garden, meadow, swimming pool (13 x 6 m, depth 120 - 220 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Nov.). Shower/WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, table tennis, basketball, pergola, terrace (20 m2), garden furniture, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Parking at the house on the premises. Großzügiges Haus in ruhiger Umgebung
Wir haben die Woche zu zehnt mit fünf Paaren in diesem Haus sehr genossen. Das großzügige Anwesen liegt in ruhiger Umgebung auf einem kleinen Hügel mit schönem Blick in die weitgehend unberührte Landschaft. Die Ausstattung, incl. großzügiger Küche , ist sehr gut, lediglich der Gasherd könnte mehr Power gebrauchen. Verschiedene Sitzplätze vor und hinter dem Haus laden zum Verweilen und Lesen ein. Der große Pool sorgt für Abkühlung. Das touristisch in dieser Gegend wenig bekannte Piemont ist überraschend schön. Asti ist ca. 20, Turin ca. 40 km entfernt und einen Ausflug wert.
