"Overall, I’d recommend this hotel. It was very clean and generally well equipped. The bed was particularly comfortable and the bathroom clean and modern. However, there was an issue with the water pressure and temperature around 8am one morning. I don’t know whether the system was overwhelmed by everyone showering at a similar time of the morning or if it was an isolated issue with the room. Other than that, an enjoyable stay and great value for money as most things in Ukraine seem to be!"

"Kiev 365 is a nice hotel on the western edge of the city. It's the closest hotel to the Mormon Temple. You can walk to the Temple easily from here. The hotel staff is very friendly. The breakfast buffet is good, and the hotel restaurant is excellent. I enjoyed my stay here. "

"The property itself is reasonable. But reception dealing with poblems were terrible! The spa photos are great. But reality different. I had to leave spa after 20 minutes of entering and stop the massage ( not professional masseur), cold spa, dirty jacuzi, you had to look for lights in spa, waiting for the masuer and the towels to arrive! It was a bazzar hammam and not hotel spa! Price was €105. I had to fight not to pay for 2 days! They insisted I pay in full. But I paid half at the end! My...
