"This hotel was amazing really well priced we paid £500 for 2 rooms for 4 nights After looking in town and being dearer (over double) for hostels that had bad reviews we decided to stay 15 minutes away on a tram We paid 18 euros for a 3 day pass on the tram and took the 12 from Amstel station to the canal main areas This hotel was modern, bright, clean and the staff were amazing and they helped so much we even purchased our metro card from reception. I would definitely stay here again and can’t wait to return"

"On my first night there we found the aircon didnt work and we was cold all night, we found the room filthy under the bed, but after complaining about this and showing the proof the manager gave us a big discount, little did we know our next hotel let us down and we found we had no wherd to go for the next night, but the manager of this hotel helped us with 2 single rooms as that is what was left and gave us the big discount and a little more to help us out. For a new hotel they are still learning, but they have great customer service and the manager was so friendly and helpful."

"The “wellness room” that we had was beyond our expectations - sauna and whirpool bath in the room. Lucky to have a great view of the train tracks for our 21-month-old to stare at the many trains passing by. "
