In the house: storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Parking on the premises. Shop 200 m, supermarket 500 m, restaurant, bakery, indoor swimming pool 1.1 km. Mountain railway, ski lift, slopes 150 m, cross country ski track 30 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Gaislachkoglbahn 150 m. The owner does not accept any groups. Aquapark "Freizeitarena Ötztal". Tennis, 9-hole golf course in Mieming 60 km. Ride. Fishing. Summer skiing in Retten/Tiefenbach glacier 14 km. paragliding. Hiking trails, mountain hikes, climbing. Bike paths, mountain bike routes. Ötztal fun park.
"Saphir", 2-room apartment 42 m2, on the lower ground floor. Practical and beautiful furnishings: 1 room with 1 double bed and shower/WC. Kitchen-/living room (dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with 1 sofabed, dining nook and cable TV. Underfloor heating. No view. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. All rooms have basement windows (no view).

Tolle Lage aber nicht jedermanns Sache
Kompaktes Appartement mit fast allem was man zum leben braucht. Optimal für 2 Personen. Der optionale dritte Schlafplatz ist die Sitzecke im kombinierten Wohn-/Kochbereich. positive Punkte: Die Lage ist für Wintersportler perfekt. Ob Gaislachkogelbahn, Bäcker, Supermarkt Gaststätten oder Apres Ski, alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Dennoch absolut ruhig gelegen. Eigener Parkplatz zu jedem Appartement. Negative Punkte: Leider läppern sich hier einige Punkte zusammen. Die Namenswahl dieses speziellen Appartements ist äußerst unglücklich getroffen. Es trägt den selben Namen wie das Gebäude. Somit steht die Klingel quasi nie still, da jeder Gast erwartet die Rezeption/Verwaltung zu erreichen. Für Ruhesuchende oder Gemüter mit kürzerem Geduldsfaden wird das schnell zum Problem. Das gesamte Haus ist ziemlich hellhörig. Nicht übermäßig, aber dennoch auffällig. Der Backofen ist leider nur Deko und warum auch immer nicht nutzbar (verklebt und Bedienknöpfe demontiert) Tagsüber wurde das Wasser kaum lauwarm, abends besteht dann aber Verbrühungsgefahr. Die Duschbrause war durchaus gewöhnungsbedürftig und passte einfach nicht zum sonst modernen Badezimmer. Die moderne Brandmeldeanlage im Haus ist mit Vorsicht zu genießen. Beim kochen sollten immer alle Fenster offen stehen. Ein Rauchmelder in der Küche ist einfach eine unglaublich blöde Idee. Alles in allem also eine Unterkunft für Menschen die diese praktisch nutzen wollen und sonst hauptsächlich draußen unterwegs sind.
