Apartment house "Rosi & Lore". In the district of Wildmoos 2 km from the centre of Sölden, on the outskirts, 86 km from the centre of Innsbruck, in the residential district, 1.2 km from the skiing area. In the house: storage room for skis. Parking on the premises. Shop 550 m, restaurant 600 m, indoor swimming pool 2.2 km. Mountain railway 1.2 km, ski lift 1.2 km, slopes 1.2 km, ski bus stop 150 m, cross country ski track 1.3 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Gaislachkoglbahn 1.2 km. Please note: The owner does not accept any groups. Ski bus (free of charge). The owner lives in the same residence. Owner uses some rooms in the house. Ski bus: from Christmas to around Easter, 4 trips a day to the cable car and back. Note: In both halves of the house, rooms are rented separately on the ground floor, basement and first floor. Aquapark "Freizeitarena Ötztal". Tennis, 9-hole golf course in Mieming 60 km. Ride. Fishing. Summer skiing in Retten/Tiefenbach glacier 14 km. paragliding. Hiking trails, mountain hikes, climbing. Bike paths, mountain bike routes. Ötztal fun park.
"Rosi", 4-room apartment 80 m2 on 2 levels. 1 room with 2 beds and satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. Kitchen-/living room (4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining nook. Sep. WC. Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed and satellite TV. Exit to the balcony. Shower, sep. WC, double hand-basin. Oil heating. Carpet. Balcony, terrace. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. The appartment is not closed off by a door to the staircase. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the bedrooms will be available for use.

Keine Ferienwohnung
Es handelt sich um keine Ferienwohnung!!!!!! Küche unten, Schlafzimmer,WC( ohne Waschbecken!!!!!) oben! Offenes Treppenhaus , man hatte keine Privatsphäre. Viele Dinge sind Kaputt, zB die Badewanne, Nachtischlampe, Steckdose im Badezimmer,Gefrierfach, im Sideboard in der Küche fiel die Schublade aus ihrer Führung, die Fenster im Badezimmer und Schlafzimmer sind zum Teil blind! Insgesamt besteht ein deutlicher Renovierungsbedarf! Ich kann diese Unterkunft nicht weiterempfehlen!!!

Schoon huis met basisvoorzieningen. Alles wat je nodig hebt is er maar er is geen luxe. Vriendelijke eigenaresse. Erg rustige omgeving.

Ein gelungener Winterurlaub
Das Einchecken war persönlich mit Rosi schnell erledigt, so dass wir in der Nähe gleich einkaufen konntenn und den Kühlschrank füllen konnten. Danach ging es noch auf die Piste. zu Fuß ist die Gondel in 10 Minuten zu erreichen Die Unterkunft ist großzügig und alles Notwendige für die paar Tage ist vorhanden. Sehr zu empfehlen und Danke

Werte Damen und Herren Wenn man keine großen Ansprüche stellt ist die Unterkunft Okay.Leider gab es keinen Backofen in der Küche was für mich zum Standard gehört. Gleichzeitig ist es sehr schlecht ausgeschrieben bei der Buchung das man nicht eine separate Wohnung hat sondern sich mit einem 2 Urlauberpaar dort finden muß und so man sich nicht frei Bewegen kann. Zum Preis Leistung Verhältnis gab es schon bessere Wohnungen für weniger Geld in anderen Urlaubsor Mit freundlichen Grüßen ...

Ferienwohnung?
Alls eine Wohnung hab Ich mir anders vorgestellt, alle Zimmer sind über einen gemeinsamen nutzenden Treppenhaus zu erreichen dass heißt wenn mann Morgens ins Bad will muss man mit fremde Personen rechnen.

We have stayed in this apartme...
We have stayed in this apartment already 2 times. The apartments are very comfortable, clean, warm. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with everything necessary. There are conditions for storing and drying ski and snowboard equipment. The ski bus stop is very close. You can walk 10 minutes to shops and the center of Sölden. If you are traveling with a large family, you can rent several apartments in the same house, which is very convenient. If you are driving a car, you must have chains for the wheels. This apartment has excellent value for money. Many thanks to the owner for her hospitality! We recommend these apartments!
