In the district of Innerwald 2.5 km from the centre of Sölden, 86 km from the centre of Innsbruck, in a sunny position on a slope, in the residential district, 350 m from the skiing area. In the house: storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Bread roll service. Parking (limited number of spaces) on the premises, public parking 150 m. Shop 2.5 km, supermarket 1 km, restaurant, café 300 m, indoor swimming pool 2.7 km. Gondola lift 1.5 km, slopes 350 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Gaislachkogl 1.5 km, Giiggijoch 2.8 km, Hochgurgl 12 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Piburger See 32 km. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. The owner lives in the same residence. Note: 1 parking space available per apartment.

Nice property with friendly owners, spacious rooms, wonderful terrace with summer garden and convenient approach for exploration of surrounding beauty.

Weinig luxe, maar goede ligging
De foto van het huis klopt niet: inmiddels staat het tussen andere huizen. De ligging is goed voor wintersport: naast de piste van Innerwald en met ski's te bereiken. Het appartement was verouderd (afzuigkap met duct tape afgeplakt), de bedden waren hard. Het appartement was wel goed schoon. In huis was het vrij rumoerig, onder andere door de schoonmaakster die om 7.30 uur de gang ging stofzuigen. Wifi was regelmatig erg traag.

Sehr gut gelegene Appartement Wohnung mit netter Küche/Aufenthaltsraum für bis zu 9 Personen. Ausstattung und Sauberkeit der Wohnung sind gut, bzw. den Erwartungen entsprechend. Sehr nette Vermieterin. Preis/Leistung ist ok.
