2-family house "Alpenblick". In the district of Innerwald 2.4 km from the centre of Sölden, 86 km from the centre of Innsbruck, 50 m from the skiing area. For shared use: terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Bread roll service. Parking (for 4 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 1.2 km, restaurant 200 m, indoor swimming pool 2.5 km. Ski lift 200 m, gondola lift 1.5 km, slopes 50 m, ski bus stop 600 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. The owner lives in the same residence.

Practical and cosy furnishings: upper floor: 1 room with 1 bed, 1 double bed and shower/WC. 2nd upper floor: (steep stair), 1 room with rooflight with 1 bed and hand-basin. 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed and shower/WC. Exit to the balcony. Kitchen-/living room (dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table, cable TV. Exit to the balcony. Shower, sep. WC. Oil heating. Carpet. 2 balconies, south facing position and, east facing position. Facilities: baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the bedrooms will be available for use.

Rundum zufrieden
Wir haben die Unterkunft mit 8 Personen für unseren Skiurlaub gebucht. Die Aufteilung in 2 Doppelzimmer, 1 Einzelzimmer und 1 Dreibettzimmer war völlig ok. Jedes Zimmer hatte ein eigenes WC und Dusche. Die Sitzgelegenheit in der Küche reicht vom Platz her aus, wenn man etwas zusammen rückt oder ein zwei Stühle aus den Doppelzimmern holt. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist völlig ausreichend, sodass wir ab und an sogar gekocht haben. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr nett und bei Fragen wurde uns sofort geholfen. Auf der Straße vor der Unterkunft befinden sich 4 exklusive Parkplätze für die Urlauber. Ein abschließbarer Skikeller mit beheizter Schuhaufbewahrung ist vorhanden. Von der Unterkunft aus ist man zu Fuß in 5 Minuten an der Piste Innerwald. Dort starten zwei Schlepplifte auf einer Art Übungshügel. Man kann dort aber auch in die blaue Talabfahrt Richtung Gaislachkoglbahn einsteigen und von dort aus das gesamte Skigebiet erkunden. Die Pisten wurden von meinen skifahrenden Freunden als sehr gut präpariert empfunden. In der Nähe befinden sich Resturants und Apres-Ski-Bars (hört man in der Unterkunft nicht). Über den nahegelegenen Schrägaufzug ist auch das Zentrum von Sölden schnell und bequem zu erreichen. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen und überlegen wieder zu buchen, sollten wir nächstes Jahr noch einmal nach Sölden fahren.

Perfekte Lage zum Skifahren
Eine nette Wohnung, nur wenige Schritte von der Ski Piste entfernt. Perfekt für 6-7 Personen- für 8 eher weniger. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können die Wohnung nur empfehlen
