"We had a nice time at this location. We spent a good amount of time in the yard and deck. Our grandkids especially liked the playground set. There were plenty of bedrooms for our group. We were disappointed with the bathroom situation. The basement bathroom is very small and you have to enter the sleeping area to get to the bathroom. The kitchen had what we needed but it is very small. We enjoyed eating outside on the large table on the deck. The beds were average. Some were better than others....

"The house is incredible. There is plenty to do inside and out. The downstairs has everything from table games to a theater room. The outside firepit, grass, pickleball court and hot tub is excellent. It is well stocked with toys and fun things for all ages. The bedrooms and kitchen are excellent. And it is really close to the hot springs, tubing the river and the pools. All and all we had a great time at our family outing."

"We have been traveling to places with hot springs. Lava Hot Springs is, of course, high on the list of places to go. I was so excited to find the Bins, because they looked so unique on the app. When we arrived, I was so happy to discover they were even nicer and cleaner than the images. The beds are comfy, I love the living room and kitchen set up. It is perfect for long chats, allowing us to sit comfortably. I recommend the Bins to anyone who is heading to Lava. "Beautiful setting in the mountains. Very family friendly with a stocked game closet, ping pong table in the garage and the kitchen is stocked with dishes , pans, paper towels, microwave, air fryer, blender etc. Nice cool breeze through the screened windows, not sure if there was an air conditioner.
