Quarto não estava pronto. Não tem controle de diárias. Minha reserva de Três dias, os final do 1º dia vierem perguntar se gostaria de renovar e ao sair quiseram cobrar consumos não realizados. Pior queriam que assinasse um termo de não consumo.

Decepcionante.
As instalações são boas, no entanto mal cuidadas, sem manutenção. O quarto aonde fomos instalados demorou para ser liberado. Quando entramos, o ar-condicionado não esfriava, e a cidade é hiper quente! Solicitamos a mudança para outro quarto e, desta vez, o problema foi o chuveiro sem a tampa, no qual caía agua feito uma bica. O café-da-manhã bem simples... De uma maneira geral o hotel muito sujo, do saguão ao quarto. Parecia que estava cerca de 1 semana sem ver a vassoura.

Bom hotel, mas péssima recepção
O hotel é bastante confortável, a equipe do café da manhã muito gentil, os quartos são modernos e limpos. Mas prepare-se para cansar-se na espera para o check-in e para o check-out. Poucos funcionários e bastante despreparados para atender os hóspedes, mesmo com pouca fila. Esperamos mais de 30 minutos nos momentos de chegada e de saída do hotel. A gerência, mesmo que avisada, nada fez para resolver a situação. Inadmissível para um hotel da rede Tulip Inn...

O hotel tem uma excelente localização, mas sempre encontra-se com tampa do sanitário quebrada, pias e ralos entupidas, corredores de circulação no escuro, deficiência no atendimento,quartos sem condições de uso alagados qndo do uso do banheiro.

Hotel legal para quem não se importa de ficar ouvindo o que os vizinhos estão falando (acústica ruim). Bom atendimento. Fica ao lado do Shopping. Para sair do estacionamento tem que pedir para a recepção liberar na catraca. Limpeza ok. Confortável.

Bem localizado mas tivemos surpresas desagradáveis
Reservamos 7 quartos para 14 pessoas. Ao entrar tivemos a decepção de alguns quartos estarem sujos e um estava com o sanitário entupido. Muito desagradável pra quem chega de uma longa viagem em busca de descanso. O check-in é burocrático, poderia ser feito on-line com antecedência. perdemos uns 40 minutos na recepção para efetuar esse checkin.

Hotel com boas instalações e custo benefício.
Hotel com bom custo beneficio, bem localizado e boas instalações. Pontos a melhorar:(i) check out nos domingos que tem pouco pessoal e pode levar mais de 1 hora de espera (ii) o incoveniente de ter que pedir para um funcionário do hotel para abrir a cancela do estacionamento na saida porque o mesmo é compartilhado com o shopping.

Estadia dentro do esperado para a cidade em questão, porém pecando em alguns fatores como: 1- Falta de iluminação suficiente no banheiro para barbear-se ou maquiar-se; 2- Falta de um cartão estacionamento para quem está hospedado, facilitando a entrada e saída de quem está com carro próprio, pois o mesmo estacionamento é compartilhado e competido com o shopping agregado ao complexo, evitando assim perca de tempo na saída e não ter que procurar agente de serviço ou funcionários do hotel para liberar a passagem (sem imaginar o transtorno quando em clima chuvoso).
