"This hotel overall was very nice. Rooms were clean, good amenities (gym, pool, pool table). Breakfast was very very good. Lots of options and the food was delicious. It’s a bit farther out from the central town area (~10 min walk) but nothing too crazy. Definitely recommend this hotel."

"A big Thank you to the team supervised by a wonderful manager. We had the best time. And when I could not get a bus back to Hanoi, she got it done within minutes. Talking about the hotel, it is 7 minutes walk to Moana and about 12 minutes walk to sunworld. "

"Exemplary service from all staff here. Received a complimentary room upgrade to a suite with an excellent view of the fields and mountains. Cozy and tranquil. It’s not near to Sapa town though but they have an in-house restaurant with good variety of food at very reasonable prices as well. Best place for a recharge and back to nature moments. "

"Good hosts and good family. They are very hospitable and very nice. It doesn’t matter if you are a solo traveler or with others, you will be cared for the same as if you were one of their family. It’s so peaceful, this is the best part of Vietnam, in my opinion. "

"It was amazing stay with my mom. Even though we couldn’t try the swimming pool because of the weather, the infinity pool from the pool was amazing. The breakfast was also amazing. Staffs were so so kind. Would like to visit again with my siblings "

"I can't say enough good things about our stay here. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and professional. I was quite ill while I was there and they went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and had what I needed to feel better. I highly recommend Sapa Clay House and hope to return one day!"

"For our first visit to Sapa, we are so happy we stayed at the Bamboo Hotel! It is conveniently located for both trekking and the amenities of Sapa. The rooms were clean, the food was great and the onsite spa was a delight. By far, the best part though was the staff. They were all so wonderful but in particular, Julie at the front desk went above and beyond for us every chance she had. She even went as far as hand delivering a birthday cake (with a song!). "We had a great stay here! It's around 20 mins drive from the center of Sapa, away from the crowds and traffic. If you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay, Laxsik is for you! The view is stunning and the service is topnotch. "

"This was a really good property location, even though the hotel was a bit dated, our rooms were massive, had a balcony that overlooked the mountains. We could listen to the roosters crowing in the morning and it was super convenient and peaceful, even though it was just a stone’s throw away from the main Sapa city area. 10/10 recommend, and would definitely stay here again. "

Aware of reception asking you to double pay room

"At check in, they kept insisting we have not paid for our room!, we had to show her our cc statement that it’s paid for. They won’t give us a room with a view, even though we were the only people staying there. We had to keep our curtains closed throughout as it was directly to an open top of the next building. At checkout, we were asked to pay for our room again! On our insistence, they let us go, as I said’ we paid for our room when we booked! Nice hotel, but the insisting that we have not paid for our room, even telling our driver who was waiting, makes me not happy as it sounds Ike we are staying for free! Nice location and clean place, "
