"Highly recommended lodging. The host, Alex, is an excellent host who communicates very well and is very responsive. I had a very pleasurable stay in the Finnish cottage with 2 fishing buddies (too old for tents now) which we found to be very warm and energy efficient even in a couple of sizable May frosts. It’s very well equipped with lots of crockery, pots and pans and a Weber on the front veranda. It has a great layout with 2 separated bedrooms and bathrooms and a sizable lounge area, great for get aways with friends. It was very clean with good quality linen and had a good supply of firewood. We will absolutely be booking again, thank you Alex."

"Greeted by a lovely lady who checked us in with ease and quickly escorted us to our room. Given a number to call if any issues arise and provided info on where to go for food/drinks. The room was lovely, warm and clean and the view amazing! Would stay again. "

"Highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting Thredbo and surrounds! The room was beautiful, toasty, clean and had epic views. The check in process was seamless and I was messaged all instructions in advance. I visited with my partner for his birthday and asked if there was something they could do as a welcome surprise. We went into the room with a personalised Happy Birthday note and a mini bottle of sparkling wine! The owner Fab was very friendly, she welcomed my partner and I on our first morning with breakfast that she made from scratch! We were able to pick from a menu and the food was beautiful. We will definitely be coming back. Could not recommend this place enough! "
