"The property was overall clean and ready for our stay. The floors were a little dirty but the bed, bathroom, and kitchen was all very clean. Smelled fresh. Communication with Abbey and the team was super easy. We stayed for the White Mountain Half Marathon and had to leave very early in the morning. There were no issues checking in or out. The place is small but is everything you need for a stay away."

"The property worked perfectly for our family trip with the grandkids. Location is great for Santas Village and Storyland. The facility had great pools and game room. There are row boats and a petting area for the kids too. Our unit was very clean and well equipped with our kitchen needs. Lots of puzzles and books for the kids . The owners communicated with us to make sure our needs were met. Would stay here again next year!!"

The owner, Paul, was extremely easy to contact - we had a problem connecting the the wi-fi, he called back immediately and we discovered that there was a typo in the check-in instructions. "We had quite a few things that we were not happy with. This ranged from needing some TLC to really a ‘deep’ clean. The plates in the cupboard were still wet from the dishwasher and at least 1 still had residue from a meal. The same was true of the knives in the Faberware block.
