She asked to see my receipt from Expedia.com.au and my bank statement. She then wanted to me to pay her directly. She could not see our booking from her business end. We did book the same afternoon we wanted to stay. Finally she checked her emails and found our booking. Very very messy situation. This all took half an hour. For this reason. I would not stay again. The room was pleasantly comfortable. There is no hair dryer. "
