Unwind in our spacious three-bedroom, newly remodeled end-unit townhome (renovated in 2022). Offering 1,650 square feet, our unique layout features:

A master bedroom with a King bed, an ensuite half-bath, and private access to a deck overlooking the woods.
Two guest bedrooms: one with a Queen bed and another with a Full bed and a Twin bunk.
A new sleeper sofa in the living area, accompanied by a SMART TV for your entertainment.

🍴 FULLY-Equipped Kitchen:
Our inviting kitchen is a chef's dream, boasting modern amenities like a Keurig coffee maker, crock pot, waffle maker, and high-quality pots and pans with all the tools you may need to cook including pizza slicer, lemon juice squeezer, garlic press, etc.

🌲 Why Choose Us:
Prime Location: We're the closest Treetop unit to the Ballhooter lift, Split Rock Pool, and the Village—all within a 100 to 300-yard walk.
Kids World Activity Center: We are just a few steps away from the new Snowshoe Kids World activities (kids lessons).
Peace & Privacy: Being an end unit, our townhome offers added privacy and quietude, as there are no neighbors above, below, or behind. There are also no loud hallways, loud village noise or early morning snowcats.

Our unit offers strong Wi-Fi, recently updated, and is one of the few locations in Snowshoe where AT&T cell service is available.

Revel in the communal firepit, with firewood provided, or basketball hoop, or dine outdoors using our picnic tables.

Our contactless check-in and check-out process uses a unique keycode, allowing you to bypass long check in and check out lines and start your vacation immediately.

🕓 Timing:
Check-in begins at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. Flexible arrangements may be available upon request.

Please note during Summer of 2024, Treetop back decks are being worked on and may not be useable. There is still plenty of outdoor space around our unit in front and side and back but back deck may not be rebuilt yet.

Great stay for a ski weekend
Pre-check in: Christie was really great with her communication and clear in instructions prior to making our ski trip to Snowshoe. The Stay: What a nice surprise when we opened the door. The welcome gift was such a nice touch. Having a drop off point in the entry way available for all our ski gear and winter boots was really appreciated. No one wants to wear their gear inside the house. The kitchen was well appointed with good quality cookware, cutlery, kitchen utensils, dishes, and cups. You can tell that Christie likes to cook by what is provided. She even provided K-cups for the Keurig. The bedrooms are nice and the bathrooms had all the necessities. Water pressure is good and water gets plenty hot. House was very clean. Check out: I appreciate that Christie did not leave instructions that were the length of a novel. Very simple and easy to follow. We were even allowed to leave the towels hanging up and linens on the bed. Much appreciated! Overall, the home was good for our small group of 3 adults. We were originally going to have 6 and all the bedrooms would have accommodated us. The location of the home is also good. 5 minute walk to the village or 5 minutes to Ballhooter lift for a quick ski down the mountain. After you do that, you can access all the other lifts to spend an entire day on the slopes.

We had a great time staying at Tree Top. Comfortable furniture and layout in dining and living room bedrooms cozy everyone slept well mattresses, pillows and linens great quality. Preparing meals was great and convenient with stocked supplies in kitchen. Easy walk to ballhooter lift. Instructions well posted for home use and checkout . We would we love to stay here again.

A cozy Christmas
The property managers were wonderful with communicating prior to our stay. The information they shared about rentals and reservations and things to do was detailed and very helpful. The house was so cozy and they had it decorated nicely for our Christmas stay. We truly had one of the best holidays ever and hope we can return to stay someday!

Great place for family
Tree top 1 is an excellent place to stay. Very nice, clean, exceptionally well equipped. I think it's better than the description. I highly recommend staying here. It is a short but easy walk to the slopes. We had no trouble with it.

Everything you could want within walking distance to the best parts of Snowshoe. We couldn't be happier with our stay at Treetop 1. Christie is an amazing host, sending updates on when lift tickets went on sale, along with links to all their favorite activities and restaurants. The unit's kitchen had everything you could ask for, from a crockpot to glass storage containers for leftovers. AND Christie was super responsive to all our questions (even over the Holidays). Amazing experience all around. Thanks so much Christie for a wonderful New Year's family Ski Trip!!

Property managers are awesome, very thorough on all details. The home was very cozy and stocked with all the essentials. We spent Christmas there with friends and family. First day there we had two deer walk right up to us. It was beautiful!

We love this condo and usually come once per year. The kitchen is very well stocked with cooking supplies and gadgets. So many improvements (small & large) have been made in recent years. Short walk to the ballhoooter lift.

Family ski trip March 2022
We have been travelling to snowshoe for several years and this is the first time we stayed outside the village properties and it was excellent. Very close to the village as we walked it everyday. The location was great for everything. I so enjoyed this as the unit was so much larger than the properties inside the village. All the beds were great with plenty of blankets. The common area was more the spacious enough for the 6 adults in our family. I have never stayed in a place that was so well stocked for renters. From all the dishes pots & pans and all the extra necessities like coffee all paper products plates napkins cups etc. Cleanliness of the unit was excellent. I highly recommend anyone to stay there and our family will defiantly be utilizing this unit again in the future.

We made the best of our stay considering the inclement weather. There was rain downpours during our 4 day stay, so we opted not to ski, which was a disappointment for us. We spent a lot of time in our chalet playing games. Comfortable and clean place making it a good trip.

Great week at Snowshoe!
Our family spent a week at #1 Treetop recently. The kitchen was well-stocked with small appliances, flatware, dishes, glasses and cookware. We were excited to find a Keurig in the unit since we have one at home. We were also excited about the smart TV in the family room, we were able to stream shows that we like to watch as a family without having to connect our Roku (and the checkout list reminded us to log out of the apps we used—thanks Christie). We liked the fact that each room had its own thermostat since some of us like a colder room for sleeping than others, and that there were plenty of blankets if needed. There were also many outlets/charging options for all of our devices. We were pleasantly surprised at how quickly the hot water came out of the faucets, that seems to be a problem most places we visit. The master bath does not include a tub or shower, we had to share the hall bath or go downstairs to the full bath there. It was not a problem, just used to having one in the master. The walk to the slopes was farther than we’re used to, and it’s possible that there was another option that was closer that we missed. All in all, we had a wonderful week and enjoyed our stay at #1 Treetop!

We had a fantastic time.
This condo was perfect for our needs - 2 parents and 3 older children, ages 14, 20 and 23, but it would have been great if the kids had been younger, too. It was clean, cozy, and roomy enough for us to spread out a little and allow for one virtual worker and one virtual schooler. Wifi fully supported all our needs. Kitchen was well-equipped. We didn't use the laundry but it was nice to know it was there. plenty of room for skis/boots/polls, etc. in entryway. Easy walk to the slopes, village, and Wildcat Provisions. We only got in our car once all week to head to Silver Creek for tubing and night skiing. Enjoyed every night comfortable in front of the cozy fire, watching ski movies. And before, during and after, Christie's communication was great - quick to reply, thorough in information. We really had everything we needed for our 5 day family getaway.
