The first impression on entering this Deluxe condominium at Top of The Village is the light and airy feeling provided by the vaulted ceilings – a benefit of being on the top floor of the Trails building. The décor features an eclectic mix of artwork.  The light color furnishings help enhance the light feel to the living room. Like all Top of the Village units, the location provides a sense of seclusion, with the proximity to the slopes of Snowmass Mountain as the only indication that civilization is close by. An on call shuttle service will transport you to restaurants and shops in Snowmass Village or multiple hot tubs and a heated swimming pool are available to relax in after a long day in the mountains.

Cozy condo in Snowmass
Stayed two nights in September. It was the perfect place for my husband, adult daughter and me. There is an elevator, which is helpful since the condo is on the third floor. There is also a dedicated parking space, so you never have to worry about finding parking. Very clean and nicely decorated. Beds were comfortable, with additional pillows found in the closet. Nice, fluffy towels in the bathrooms. Beautiful view from the living area. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!

Perfect location, clean comfy spot!
We stayed for a week and felt extremely comfortable right from the get go. Cleanliness, new bathrooms, kitchen had all the gadgets needed for our stay. Not only was the sofa great for watching movies and early skiers, but even the bunk beds were comfy! The high ceilings were a beautiful touch. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay right on the mountain!
My family and I arrived for a 4 night stay. Super easy check-in, easy parking, easy access. Location is a great ski-in ski-out spot - made navigating with small kids simple (not much lugging of things required!). Condo itself was clean and comfortable - surprisingly bigger than expected, which was nice!! Loved the fireplace and the living room area. It was all around cozy. My only complaint is it could use a few more items in the kitchen - baking pans and whatnot. But that’s because we tend to cook more than go out for dinners. And if that’s the biggest problem, then this place is aces. :) We’d happily go back! Thanks for a great stay!

Wow!!!
This was such an experience for my family!! The check in process was so easy the women at the front desk were so nice and accommodating. They had hot chocolate and apple cider and the pool was warm and clean! The hot tub is warm and clean! The complimentary towels smell so good and they were free to use then when we got to our room, it was absolutely incredible. The view was amazing. The host/owner was so on point and so sweet and the space itself… WOW! The whole entire area was just so clean we will definitely come back here. Thank you so much. !!!

We absolutely loved this place! Super clean, great location. It was great with the kids to be right on the slopes. We also loved the hot tub, swimming pool, sauna. Marie was easy to communicate with and quickly responded. I can’t say enough great words about this place! Can’t wait to come back!

A Happy Place!
Open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, and floor-to-ceiling windows made the condo feel bright and spacious. It had absolutely everything we needed. Watching the snowcats groom the runs late at night was fun! We never heard a neighbor so being on the top floor really gives you privacy. Cozy beds, heated floors in baths were a plus. The shuttle was always 5 minutes away.

This condo was a perfect fit for two couples. Private yet comfortable with good views and well equipped kitchen. Hot tub and pool close by were appreciated after our hikes. Convenient location to both Snowmass and Aspen. Great staff. We recommend it!

Very convenient ski-in ski-out for families
We really enjoyed staying at this property. Stunning direct views of the slopes — ski-in / ski-out, so spoiling! The flat is not brand new but it’s very comfortable and well kitted out. I’d say the only “con” is that the kitchen could do with an upgrade, but there are many “pros” to offset this. All in all, a very good place to stay in Snowmass.

Perfect location and an amazing skiing experience.
This condo is in the perfect location as it is ski in and ski out with free and immediate shuttle service to the village mall restaurants and stores. The shuttle service also includes access to the nearby Clark's grocery store. The condo is fully stocked, immaculately clean and every member of the support staff is helpful and friendly. Marie, the VRBO condo manager, quickly returned messages and helped us with a delayed checkout.

Terrific Ski On/Ski Off Condo
Trails 306 is a great property. Top floor unit with great views! Steps to the slope. The unit was a good size and had a great layout. Comfortably fit 4 adults. Gas fireplace was great to have on cold nights. Loved having a washer/dryer in the unit. Very close to the Gatehouse so a quick walk to the hot tubs (also had showers for after the hot tub). Top of the Village's shuttle service was easy and quick. I was worried about not having a car but it wasn't an issue at all. Front desk was very helpful. Kitchen was adequately stocked. Would be nice to have a knife block and an extra cutting board and cookie sheet. Would also be nice to have a few more kitchen essentials (oil, vinegar, plastic wrap and storage bags). We had a fabulous trip and stay and would definitely come back to Top of the Village and Trails 306 again!
