Tall Timbers Lodge, nestled among Aspens and Evergreens at the top of Snowmass Village, at 8,900 feet, and minutes away from the slopes, provides the perfect setting for your mountain getaway. This spacious, 4,100 sq. ft., two-level home provides comfortable living space for large group vacations. This elegant home presents a sophisticated log home ambiance partnered with perfectly selected custom décor and traditional rustic sophistication. Each space is finished with comfort in mind while maintaining the perfect balance of form, function, and aesthetics. This home is fully furnished and offers the comforts and amenities of home.
The upper floor is the main living area and features vaulted ceilings with expansive windows that showcase stunning views of surrounding nature, wildlife, and mountains. This great room can accommodate groups gathering by the wood burning fireplace, at the Baby Grand piano, around a board game, or watching the LG 55” HD OLED 4K Smart TV. North of the great room is a balcony that provides elevated mountain views. Open to the living space is a fully stocked gourmet kitchen that features bar top seating for 3, new 2023 Sub Zero refrigerator/freezer, and new 2023 Bosch dishwasher. The spacious dining area accommodates 14 (with table leaf) and connects to a flagstone patio with a new 2022 built-in DCS gas grill, outdoor Sonos sound system, and a private hot tub. As of 2021, the home has been outfitted with a state-of-the-art full house Sonos surround sound system, new HD Smart TVs, and brand new top of the line NetGear Nighthawk router that will provide any bandwidth demand.
The lower level family room includes a LG 55” HD OLED 4K Smart TV, Sonos surround sound system, gas fireplace, game table, ¾ bath with steam, and wet bar. A separate and large laundry room with new 2022 Whirlpool washer & Whirlpool dryer is off the family room.
Tall Timbers Lodge has 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are Master Suites. Four of the bedrooms are on the upper level excepting “Cowgirl Heaven” which is on the first level and down the hall from the family room.
Kitchen is supplied with dish soap, dishwasher soap, SOS pads, paper towels, dish towels, kitchen sponge, and spices. Drip coffee maker has a gold filter. Also Keurig & French Press provided. Tarocco amenities, TP, Kleenex, hair dryers, and extra towels supplied in all bathrooms. Vacuum cleaner is kept in entry closet. Iron and Ironing board, cleaning supplies and equipment, laundry soap, laundry basket, fire extinguisher, lights bulbs, and extra batteries can be found in laundry room. Pak’n’Play is in Master bedroom closet; children’s dishes are in pantry to left of refrigerator.
WEST WING BEDROOMS:
The Grand Master suite shares a double-sided gas fireplace with a large private spa-inspired bath. The bath features double sinks, separate steeping tub, steam shower, private water closet, and walk-in closet. The bedroom features a King bed with user operated firmness controls, office space that includes a printer/scanner/fax machine, and 49” Sony HD OLED 4K TV. West bedroom balcony provides mountain views and the east sliding glass door opens to a flagstone patio with direct access to the backyard and hot tub.
The End Guest Bedroom features a Queen bed, gas fireplace, HD TV, surround sound system, and a private 3/4 bath. Built-in cabinets offer armoire-style drawers and hanging rods for clothes.
The Center Guest Bedroom features a Queen bed, HD TV, surround sound system, and is directly attached to a 3/4 bathroom that also can be accessed from the hall. This cozy bedroom has a dresser and closet.
EAST WING BEDROOM: The Second Master Suite features a King bed, sliding door to backyard and hot tub access, gas fireplace, its own HD TV, surround sound system, and en suite full bath with large closet.
LOWER LEVEL BEDROOM: The lower level bedroom features three bunk beds, sleeping six; its own TV; dresser; and, its own private full bath with closet.
Able to sleep 14 guests, Tall Timbers is a fantastic find.
SKI ACCESS: Just 1,300 feet from the front door. Walk or drive to the West Fork access on Upper Faraway Loop and ski to Two Creeks Lift via West Fork run. Please request additional information about ski access/ski back. Info and a Snowmass Ski area map will be sent to you.
GARAGE: Garage parking is for 1 vehicle; the driveway can fit two - four additional vehicles.
DIAL-A-RIDE DIRECT SERVICE FROM/TO FRONT DOOR: 970-923-3030. WINTER ONLY. $1.00/person, limit of 6 people. Trip must originate and end in Snowmass Village. Call Dial-A-Ride for trips to ski access, Base Village or Clark’s Market at The Snowmass Center. It is 1.8 miles to Brush Creek & 3 miles to Base Village. May take Dial-A-Ride 40 minutes to pick up riders during busy times and days.
The Free Village Shuttle DOES NOT go to home. The Free Shuttle turnaround on Faraway Rd is 1.7 miles from home.
COMPLIMENTARY PARKING PERMIT: Two guest vehicles will be provided daily parking permits commencing the day after Guest's arrival through last full day of stay for the numbered lots off Carriage Way. Guest will need to provide a photo of each vehicle's registration or license plate prior to arrival. In the event Guest leases a rental car, then a photo of license plate may be sent after Guest takes possession of vehicle. If Guest is dropping off children at The Tree House, he can continue on Carriage Way, then park, and walk easily to the ski slopes.
A parking permit is not needed for the Carriage Way numbered lots during hours commencing in the afternoon, Apres Ski, through the close of shopping, dining, and drinking establishments and the wee hours. The Carriage Way lots are checked between 8 am - 3 pm. During that time parking permits are required. Vehicles out of compliance will be ticketed (fine is $60/day).
A Pak 'n' Play is provided in home.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.
By booking the rental Property and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read and understand, and agree to be bound by all terms, conditions, and policies in the attached SHORT TERM RENTAL AGREEMENT. Further, renters are asked and encouraged to abide the TOSV "Good Neighbor Guide".
Other housekeeping services will be provided upon request at a charge to the guest. Daily $105; Mid-Week $140; Linen Change $225. Please ask for Housekeeping Service Description Attachment if interested.
Carriage Way numbered lots parking permits during winter are $15/day per each car. (Two complimentary permits will be provided upon request.)
