"The room was extremely roomy and very clean. It obviously has been redone recently. I had the handicapped room which was well adapted for me. I was able to back my car in for unloading and loading right in front of my room. I would have appreciated facial tissues, but I carry my own, so that was no huge deal. I loved the easy access into the motel's parking lot using the traffic light right in front! I was worried about loud traffic noise when I arrived in the afternoon, but that quieted down...

"First of all, the property is very clean. The staff is nice helpful. The price is reasonable. The area is next to the train tracks, this seems to be the norm for most Northern Arizona towns! Not a big deal to me, but might be for some. The AC/Heat is a window unit and it did a remarkably good job. The area around the bed was comfortable as well. "

"Didn't feel safe as there was no deadbolt lock on door. Room hadn't been used in months and it was dirty. Window in extra had no blinds or window covering. Cockroaches in tub. Only positive was that Bobby from the front desk was very helpful and nice."
