"This home was very clean….all the “extras “ needed for our long weekend stay. Great consideration for our dogs needs too with food/water bowls and nice fenced in area. We found the bed very comfortable and also liked the vinyl record player with classic rock records. Would definitely stay again."

"The Owner and her Manager have done a exemplary job furnishing this 2/1 rental. The beds were outstanding and made the stay wonderful. The property has full size kitchen appliances with even an electric tea kettle. There is a Roku TV available in the living room for streaming. In a world of sketchy rentals, this property was a breath of fresh air. This was an overall great rental experience. Needless to say, I highly recommend reserving this property for your next Chapel Hill trip."

"We found the property to be exceptionally clean and inviting. It is located in a nice quiet neighborhood and was perfect for our stay. My husband, unfortunately, wasn’t feeling well, so I did some cooking and we stayed in one night. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed a movie evening at home. "

We are from Colorado so we needed room to unpack and stage everything for a smooth move-in. "Property is very nice, really close to downtown Burlington, which is a lovely little hamlet. Luckily we had shower soap and, shampoo and conditioner, as none was supplied. Laundry soap showed up after dark on the second day, but too late as we had gone out and purchased usually suppied items already. Owner did mention he was having issues with management, it was obvious.
