This very secluded cottages pays homage to George and Barbara Bush and the contributions they made in their lifetimes. This light and airy cottage is reminiscent of their Walker Point estate in Kennebunkport, Maine. The Poppy and Bar has two bedrooms with queen-sized beds as well as a queen-sized mattress in the loft. There are two full-sized bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a soaking tub. This unit also includes a washer and dryer unit.

Presidential Suite
This is a very lovely little place and was very clean. It was decorated so cute and had everything anyone would need. It was a relaxing place in the country, but close to Round Top or College Station. Would definitely recommend it.

Fabulous
The Poppy cottage is nothing short of FABULOUS! My friend and I stayed here during the Fall Round Top Antique week. The layout, decor and charm of the cottage is so wonderful! Highly recommend this property!!

Another wonderful experience
We spent the weekend out at the cottage for the second time, and once again we felt right at home! We walked in to a cool, clean cottage and all we had to do was unpack our clothes and food. Everything else that you need is there! We have a 3yr old and this time he was outside playing almost the entire time! We had only been there a couple of hours and deer wondered over near the porch! It even let my little one pet him! The location to lake is fantastic and we were able to take the boat out each day we were there. We look forward to going back again soon!

Just as beautiful as the pictures show!
This was by far the most beautiful property we’ve stayed at - and we’ve stayed at many. So many details were well thought out such as all brand new cooking supplies, bowls, etc. Other places you can tell supplies are just leftover hodge-podge old junk. There were full-size appliances and even a washer and dryer to use. The linens, duvet and even throw blankets were divine! Can you tell we loved it? I regret I didn’t take the time to enjoy the deep-soaker tub - so please do that for me! Enjoy!
